Ned, Simon and the team were great! I cannot say enough about how grateful I am for this company. The same day I called, they were at our house the next morning to install fans and dehumidifiers. They came back several times to see if the basement was drying correctly and also disinfected it. Overall, it was a good experience. They are definitely worth recommending... masters in disasters.

Ramona and the team saved our sanity. RestoPro responded immediately to water damage in our house twice. Tony and Doug worked hard to dry our house and treated it like it was theirs. I can't praise them enough! Call them immediately if there is ever a problem with water/fire damage to your home! It's like they are family.

Rick was great. The pipe broke and we had to repair two rooms. When I called to set up an appointment, he said he'd be there in a few minutes. He took moisture readings immediately, took pictures and removed the entire carpet, pad insulation, baseboards. He had all of the equipment needed to dry and dehumidify these spaces. He left his equipment running until the weekend. When he returned he took a few more readings on moisture, and even suggested leaving the half-bath running for a day. He is easy to get along with, and he gave me many great suggestions. Rick would be the one I choose to take care of any future work I might need.
