The service technician Cameron was great. He arrived within the time window. He was pleasant and knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem, and completed the repair quickly by replacing the defective part. He verified the repair was working before he left.

In addition, the communication with RPS throughout the entire process was so very appreciated. From submission of the work order to completion, I was informed of every aspect of my work order. I am highly satisfied with this company.

I live close to their office, and they made it work for me by guaranteeing me they could get me to early even though the window for service was four hours. CeJay was excellent at diagnosing what was troubling our washer. Very courteous and professional. Would call again if needed! B. Williams

The gents at this branch of RPS Appliance Repair were courteous, clean, professional and they did have to come twice to solve the problem, but it was the result of a previous repair company's mistakes, not their own, and the second visit was covered by the first payment, which was a reasonable amount. The dishwasher is now working perfectly. I have no reservations about recommending this team, and with much experience working with contractors, would say they are among the very best.

RPS Appliance is a great small appliance repair company! They are quick to return calls and sending out a repair person. In our case, CG came quickly, identified the problem with our ice maker and made the necessary repair.
The prices are reasonable and CG was friendly, polite and respectful of our home! I highly recommend RPS!

Had a great experience today with my washing machine repair. Cameron was very helpful not only just with replacing parts but educating me on ways to prevent any future issues. As well as adjusting the drain hose that was incorrectly installed. would highly recommend him and RPS.

RPS took care of a washing machine repair through a Lowe's extended warranty. They were out within 5 days of me requesting an appointment. Tech was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

I recently had RPS Appliance Repair do a service on my washer and dryer. Cameron, their Certified Technician serviced both of them and did a very good job. I'm 87 years old and I've had many appliances in need of a service. He was by far the best technician I've ever had. He took the time to do extra steps. If I need any more appliance service I will use RPS Appliance Repair and ask for Cameron to do it. If anyone needs appliance service you should call RPS Appliance Repair and ask for Cameron.

Broke my washer but luckily it was under warrantee, so this company was assigned to fix it. It was easy to schedule. The window for the technician to come is updated often, so I didn’t have to just sit around and wait. The technician was professional. I needed a part ordered but ge was able to jerry-rig a solution so I could use it in the meantime. Overall an easy experience and the washer is good as new!

Cameron was very professional and on time. He explained clearly what needed to be done and did a great job.

Our tech was quick to hop on task and with the appliance information we gave before the visit he came perfectly prepared with all the typical parts on hand. He found the one thing causing our issue and fixed it perfectly. Also went above and beyond with a side issue and quick fix after discussion of realistic options. I will call these guys again if any other issues come up. I especially appreciate the fact the service fee is not extra if repairs are made.
