Highly recommend using Infinity for your HVAC needs. I was originally quoted and entire unit replacement at $17,000. Had Infinity come out for a 2nd quote/opinion. Ended up only needing a control panel for the air handler replaced, and at a MUCH nicer cost! Everyone that I dealt with and spoke too, had my best interest in mind, and I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of. Very honest local company!

Ken provided prompt excellent service. He was open and honest with expectations and overall friendly and enjoyable to work with.

I had a water leak that damaged some of my ductwork. I called Infinity Heating and Air, and they were able to respond quickly. Jesse came out, inspected, and got me an estimate the same day. He fixed the ductwork the following day at a great price. I highly recommend Infinity Heating and Air!

They've been great to work with from the initial consultation through the actual installation of a new heat pump and air handler system. The consultation and quote was very thorough and professional. They gave me great information to help me understand what was necessary and help me get set up with a new system for my house and getme back to a comfortabke home temperature. I appreciated them being willing to work with my schedule for installation and accommodate a last minute reschedule when I had a family emergency pop up. The installation went great and the technicians who installed my new system were thorough and respectful and did a great job. Thanks!

Infinity was amazing! They were honest with us about everything from the start, and they never tried to up-sale us! They showed us what would work best for our house and our budget. We had just moved from Arizona, and our new house didn’t have AC. Now, it is perfectly comfortable in our home thanks to our new heat pump. Everyone from Infinity has been very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for everything.

Absolutely the best! Ken is fantastic and his crew is so nice. Did a great job 3 years ago installing my new furnace and ac unit. Love it! Even after all this time he remembers me and my situation. That means the world! These guys at 10 stars if I could rate it. If you need a furnace or anything HVAC, look no further. I promise, good prices and the quality and reliability of maintenance is beyond expectations!

Wow! If it was possible to put 10 stars, I would! Most excellent customer service, easy scheduling, and wonderful to work with. The installers were clean and courteous. The owner stayed late to make sure we were up and running as well. Would highly recommend to all my friends and family. Wonderful to be able to support a family owned local business!

I’ve used Infinity since 2019. Always reliable. Able to schedule me in (oftentimes same week unless waiting on a part). I’d recommend, especially if new to the area.

Awesome team quick work fast quote, their quote for same system as other places was half the cost. They came in and installed on a Saturday morning. Thank you guys so much for everything. Oh and PS your estimator was the only one that wasn't trying to update me constantly. Just exactly what I asked for and needed with no additional upsells much appreciated. Will definitely refer anyone that needs their furnace replaced.
