A team (from 4 to 5 people) comes in and does the cleaning that is scheduled. Very quick and efficient, with each person taking up a task. I appreciate their efficiency, and they do change what is done depending on my periodic needs.

These women were great! They were faced with the daunting tasks of cleaning not only my son’s neglected bedroom, but also, my husband’s bathroom. Would hire them again in a second! Not sure if they’d come back. They probably needed a week off, after that experience.

I have been using the maids for about a year now, and I couldn't be happier. They always leave me a message to remind me they are coming, which helps me alot. They always have things so clean for us even due to the fact our house is cluttered with items trying to decide what to keep in our downsizing mode. Prior to that is was a remodel, can you imagine how clean it will be with no obstructions, I can't wait. On every visit they are very sincere about feedback. I love the communication.

We've been using The Maids for about 6 months - they've been professional and have been able to schedule the same team to clean our home each visit. We were especially concerned about accidental damage as we have had from past services we've used. The Maids listened to our concerns and take care where we saw past damage from careless sweeping. In once case where they accidentally broke a fixture, they promptly paid for its replacement.
