Had my LG stove worked on . He was very professional got the problem taken care of. This is my new repair service to use.

They were very friendly and fixed our fridge in 10 minutes. Very easy to schedule an appointment and they showed up on time.

All City Appliance was referred to me by a realtor. There diagnosis fee was reasonable and Jeremiah was knowledgeable and informative. Very friendly, and quick service. I will use them again!

Did a wonderful job with a warranty repair on our washing machine. Very friendly, and quick. I felt comfortable with the repair man in my home while my husband was at work. He explained everything to me throughout the process as well. I will use them again!

Tried a repair shop referred by Whirlpool an was, so say the least, not real impressed. Brand new washer and that repairman said there was nothing wrong with the machine. I called Whirlpool again and said I wanted another repair shop to look at the machine as it was banging against the door and making a terrible noise. They sent me Jeremiah from All City Repair. He knew right away what was wrong with it and I got a replacement. He educated us quite a bit on how to keep the wear and tear down on our machine. He was quick, informative, and his scheduler was an awesome woman....very personable and quick to get him to our home and repair our machine. Kudos to All City!

First rate service all round for me. Scheduler was very friendly and helpful working with Samsung warranty and technician arrived during time frame scheduled and did a quick replacement of ice maker. He also gave me valuable information on how to use our French Door Refrigerator that we were unaware of. Very helpful!

We used All City Appliance when our dishwasher stopped working. We were told to use them under our home depot warranty. The company was nice to work with. Tina was good at getting back to me about the progress on waiting for backordered parts. The repairman was so awesome. I think he loved what he did and was incredibly knowledgeable. He educated us not just on the dishwasher but also our fridge and let us know every step he was making and why. It was probably hands down the best repair service i have ever had. I would recommend and use this company again for sure.

Don’t waste your time. All City Appliance is not worth using. They came out Diagnosed the machine, order the part and then came back out put the part in only to have the machine do the same thing. I called again, they came out again diagnosed, ordered a different part, put it in only to have the machine do the same thing. I called again, they came out & diagnosed, ordered a third different part to have it do the same thing again! What a joke!

Worse repair company, they put little effort into fixing the problem and will lie and blame the issue on something else that they "dont deal with." If you leave a voicemail they will never contact you back, you have to keep calling. They dont show up on the day of appointment, and no cancellation call or email is sent. The lady who answers the phone is rude and will not work with you at all.

Terrible Customer Service. Did not complete the repair. Tried to charge us for a Warranty-service, after they were already paid by the company. Avoided returning phone calls and messages for more than a month, when we requested a return-visit and stated that the repair was not satisfactory. Arrived outside of the scheduled window and without calling first. Told us several times in different contexts that we were "wrong."

This is the worse company I have ever dealt with.
The person who came in apologized for the confusion of time. I did not respond back and he felt it was not good enough for him and turned around and left.

I Have filed a complaint with the warranty company that recommend this company (which, I think is one person working off the back of his truck- which had no name of his company on the door).

I am also going to file a complaint for worst customer service ever, with the BBB, and rate them worst also on Yelp.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, if you are looking for good customer service.

The technician only wants to get cash for diagnosis and then let the thing rot until you deal with the manufacturer. My dual microwave/oven stopped microwaving, while the oven was still working fine. Technician came to diagnose, he figured out that it was the magnetron, but not without cutting the ground cable, because he couldn't figure out how to disconnect it (yes, I saw that). He said he will order part and come back to fix it. The day of appointment, he called and said the part was broken and needed to order another. Then silence radio, I called and they rescheduled the appointment, but nobody showed up or called to cancel. Since then, all my call went to their voice mail, nobody called back, it is like they vanished from the surface of earth. I got a replacement oven from Samsung, after couple months without a microwave. The technician told Samsung it was not repairable... Such a waste of everybody's time, and of a perfectly good oven, that simply needed a new part... Best Buy did the exchange and they were the best! Definitively going to buy stuff from them again. Regarding All city appliances, don't even bother, they don't know or don't want to do much besides rebooting the thing and checking if it is powered...

This is the service company that Maytag (who we'll never buy from again) set up to come repair our dishwasher that wasn't latching correctly. Jeremiah came on Oct 6th to look at it. He ordered a door part, which he came to install on Oct 23rd which did not work. He deemed it as "unrepairable" and said that he'd be in contact with Maytag to put in a ticket claiming our dishwasher couldn't be repaired as it was still under warranty.
After a month of hearing NOTHING from anyone, I contact Maytag to see what the hold up is. They tell me All City Appliance never submitted anything to them. At this point, even tape isn't keeping my door closed. Water was running on our floors and the dishwasher would shut down mid cycle. Also he loosened the screws in the cabinet and one of them literally came out!
I call All City Appliance and leave a message because she was "out of the office but checking voice mails." and explain the problem. I heard NOTHING back from them. I call them again a week later and she said she'd have Jeremiah call me back... NOTHING! After a few more days, I have my husband call... She says she'll have Jeremiah call him back.... NOTHING!
It's literally been nearly 2 months of NOTHING! I will never recommend All City Appliance. They have absolutely no follow up and are nearly impossible to get a hold of. It started out good, but they dropped the ball big time.
