I was telling my husband that I left several messages for repairmen to fix our washer. Not only was Kurios the first to get back to us, he offered to come the same day. We unfortunately had to wait for a part to come in but when it did, he was at our door first thing the next morning to install it!

Very professional, excellent attitude and very knowledgable. Had issues with a refrigerator, Samsung model. Was able to repair ice maker. Explained what he was doing all along, cleaned up area when completed.

Brandon was excellent! He walked me through what could be wrong with our refrigerator. He double checked his diagnosis with the manufacturer by calling them on the spot. He found an alternate solution, and ended up saving me money and time for the repair! He was always on time and extremely professional for the service appointments and his rate is fair and well deserved. I will definitely be contacting Kurious Repair again in the future for my appliance servicing needs.

Brandon is responsive, professional, honest and knows how to fix all types of appliances and heat pumps! I call Brandon for all my appliance problems for my business and for my home! Kurios repair should be anyone's first call. When I called, I was nervous as I thought my expensive microwave was broken as it was shooting lighting bolts around inside like zues himself.

Brandon was quick to answer and we set an appointment for him to stop by and diagnose the issue.

He was honest and fair with his pricing. He ordered the part, and rescheduled for later in the week after the part got in.

I got a phone call yesterday saying he had a cancellation and would be able to install the part sooner than expected.

I was extremely pleased with his service and I can assure you if it can be fixed, he will fix it.

Brandon answered my text at the same day and set up an appointment for the next day. He texted , like I asked, 10 minutes before he got here because of our barking dog. He did all he could to fix our fridge since one major part needed to be replaced. But all his sources said that major part was “out of stock.” He even researched a possible way to use a different brand’s part that might be equal to ours, but we didn’t go that route. We will still use Brandon for our appliance repairs. He is overall a great worker. You won’t be disappointed.
