This contractor is shady as all get out, please beware.

He was the sub for our developer and in charge of our yard.

He doesn't like paperwork so we never got invoices or itemization. His cost came from his head and a phone calculator for everything.

The backyard was unpermitted, not graded, outside of IBC J107.6, and destined to fail.

The front yard has a tree that isn't centered and isn't the tree I ordered or the backup tree I requested.

The work they did on our neighbor's lot caused damage to ours, and he viewed the camera footage and accepted liability.

3.5 months later they decided to "nevermind" it, try to change the story and dialogue, lie to us, and leave us with further damage from halfway done work.

In our neighborhood our experience does not seem unique, and with that in mind along with our experience, I would not reccomend this company or any ran by Felix Zunker.
