All reviews for A & S Roofing

A&S had previously done some repair work on our daughter's house & did such a great job we were impressed. So, when it was time for us to reroof our ca. 1994 house, we called them.

That was on Friday, and we were given a quote (a great price!) right then, after he inspected the roof. They started on Monday morning, and a faster crew, I don't think there can be.

By the end of the day Monday, all the old roof was off, and the barrier layer (not tarpaper) was completely installed. Tuesday started off very rainy, but they came at the first pause in the showers, and worked right through to 6pm, even with a hard rain in the later afternoon. They finished about 80% of the new installation, and cleaned up.

Thursday, they showed up & finished the whole thing off by noon!

I've rarely seen such an impressive and skilled work crew, and told them so, repeatedly!

ANY roof needs you have, GIVE A & S a call!!

My experience with A & S roofing was very good. Professional, hardworking and accommodating to all my requests. I will be giving them more work in the future. Thanks guys

A&S Roofing LLC did an outstanding job on my mom’s home. A total roof replacement. A great value, beautiful work! Everything was done on time or better. Plywood that needed to be replaced was taken care of. Very professional!!! Clean up was fantastic!! Thank you A & S Roofing!! Job well done !!!

A&S was able to come out quickly to give an estimate for repairs needed for the sale of my house. They were also able to complete the repairs soon after. A&S did a great job at a fair price.

Last year A & S Roofing LLC did 3 duplexes for me. They just did my house yesterday. I’m very happy with the work. Highly recommend them! :)

A&S have been my goto for roofing. Very professional and friendly and knowledgeable as to what we need to do and how to accomplish it. They have always been punctual and efficiently solving my problems (i.e. my shed was leaking and we needed new roofing installed, a skylight was leaking and we covered it to eliminate further leaks, they updated my bathroom fan exhaust pipes). Today they have installed air vents and fans in the roof to protect our home from future damage. I absolutely recommend them 100%!

A&S did a great job on my large, steep, and cut up roof. We have large windows all over the house with complex landscaping. There was no damage to any of it. I would highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs!

I was very pleased with A&S Roofing services. They are reliable, honest, and trustworthy.
I highly recommend them, and their pricing is unbeatable! I would add they are very fast, they had many workers. Very respectful of our property left no mess.

Seferino and his crew were promptly at work at 7 a.m. working until the job was done. They did a nice job cleaning up after themselves. Very friendly and respectful to us and our property. I highly recommend them.

Seferino and his crew did a small roofing job for me and they did excellent. They showed up when they said they would, had enough men to do the job, had the necessary safety equipment and brought along a dump trailer to clean up after they finished. They did an excellent job and the job site was spotless when they finished. I would not hesitate in hiring A & S Roofing to do more work for me. Great roofing company. Don

This company is top notch! As a roofing sales consultant, I work to connect customers to a skilled and reliable contractor with the highest level of knowledge and integrity in the roofing Industry— these guys have it!

I’ve worked closely with and recommended A&S Roofing to several hundred happy customers between Seattle and Spokane over the last 5 years, and this crew never ceases to amaze me with the exceptional level of service they provide their customers, and the care they take to ensure every project is done professionally and to perfection!!!!!

We had repeated roof issues every time there was a windstorm. After multiple repairs by another company that didn't last, we found A & S Roofing online and decided to give them a call based on the great reviews. Seferino repaired the damaged area of our roof in December 2022 and explained that our original shingles couldn't withstand strong winds. We decided to replace the entire roof, which he and his team completed in February 2023. Seferino and his team did an excellent job. Since then, our roof has held up perfectly through multiple windstorms. After a recent storm, we found a shingle nearby and called Seferino just to be safe. He came out, confirmed it wasn't from our roof, and did not charge us. Seferino is reliable, responsive and stands behind his work. Highly recommend A & S Roofing!
