We bought a brand new kitchenaid sideby side, and within a couple days, we noticed that the air duct something or another kept falling down at top portion of the freezer . Jason from appliance hospital was sent out. He was early both days, and let us know he would be with more then enough notice time.

The people at appliance hospital were l amazing the people in store let us know that the part would be delayed a bit but it came exactly when they said it would. Couldn't have asked die better service from them on that end as well.

I would recommend them to friends and family and Jason was a great technician he was speedy knowledgeable and efficient. Both times he came fur trouble shooting and replacing he made it easy and it took nothing out of our day.

Such great service! Our whirlpool washer and refrigerator both needed work at exactly the same time. I made appointments online quickly and easily, and one technician arrived to solve both problems. Everything was fixed in less than an hour - no complaints!

Jesus arrived promptly and had the dryer repaired in 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable and professional. Gave me some cleaning tips and explained what the problem was.

Dr Don was shocked when he saw our 100 year old refrigerator and stated he could do nothing to help. He did however diagnos it as having a locked compressor from a power surge. He made extra phone calls to see if anyone else had expertise as well. He also graciously searched for appliance recycles and even called to find out who would haul I t away if we purchased from them. THANK YOU DON!

The Appliance Hospital technician, Joseph, was very knowledgeable and efficient at fixing my Jenn Air stove top. They were easy to schedule, punctual, and informative. I would recommend them to anyone I know for fixing kitchen appliances and would call them again for future appliance repairs.

Quickly diagnosed the problem and got parts ordered. Service was smooth and easy. It was a wiring issue, out of warranty. I found them through Whirlpool which made the diagnostics free.

Outstanding experience. Excellent communication throughout the process--easy scheduling, with collection of enough information so that the repair could be done efficiently. The technician was excellent--knowledgeable, capable, and efficient, also with excellent communication about the problems and how they would be addressed. Charge was reasonable (not provided for this review). We have used Appliance Hospital in the past for a different problem, and they were great then as well. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and very quick appointment. He was very communicative and gave me a call before to let me know when he would be arriving. The fix was also done quickly.

Our experience with Appliance Hospital was unusually smooth. In this world of AI phone trees and misinformation, I was pleased to talk with a real person and to get calls about time of arrival from a person, not a computer. And the technician fixed my washer! This was warranty work.
