James arrived before the time window and repaired the leakage coming from my washing machine. When he left, I found that one of the water lines was leaking too. Called him back and he came out with two new water lines, installing them without making me wait for another appointment. Very happy with the service and courteous manners.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a great experience with Fix-Pro Appliance Repair that I had to share. My dryer suddenly stopped working — no heat, just spinning. He arrived right on time, introduced himself, and put on shoe covers before walking in — a small detail, but it really showed he respected my home. He listened carefully as I explained the issue, then got straight to work. Within 10 minutes, he figured out the problem (a faulty heating element), and — lucky me — he had the replacement part right in his truck.

Our five year old Viking fridge was not cooling, and cleaning and repairing the unit were considered cheaper options than disposal and purchase of a new unit. We reached out to your company for an appointment and got scheduled for the following day. Stan came in, diagnosed it fast, and we passed the time enjoying a pleasant chat. The fridge needed a certain part to be replaced; he would return the next day to install it. The second technician was Alex, who installed the part in no time, and the fridge was back to its normal working order. Yes, certainly, if we ever require appliance service again, we will call you.

My dryer ceased working on a Friday before a long weekend. I called Fix-Pro Appliance Repair in Kent, and Vlad appeared a couple of hours later. The dryer needed a belt replacement (Vlad had the part in his truck) and disassembly and deep cleaning of the entire unit. (The vent has been snaked + cleaned numerous times throughout the years; this cleaning was a more thorough and large-scale operation, yielding an entire grocery bag full of lint). Vlad worked with speed and great care. The unit now works fine, and he will be my "go-to" repairman if any of my appliances need fixing from now on.

An exemplary customer experience with Fix-Pro Appliance Repair! For years, my gas oven had been running about 20 degrees cold. I have been able to live with that. The oven then was suddenly running 50 degrees cold. That I could not live with. Vlad came right on time and immediately diagnosed the problem. It's nice to hire someone so experienced, who knows his job backwards and forwards. Vlad snapped his fingers and had it fixed while maintaining a friendly and professional manner. I'm just waking up to the whole strange new experience of having an oven that actually works-for the very first time in years!

Vlad had a nice attitude and was very efficient-namely, he managed to come back the very same day to replace the drain pump after the diagnosis was made. He patiently answered whatever questions we had along the way. I was definitely impressed with his service and turnaround time and would so recommend Fix-Pro Appliance Repair for anyone.

Customer service was great. He explained every step of the service so I would know what exactly was being performed on my Sub Zero refrigerator. I had defrosted my Sub Zero, but somehow the fridge was still warm, plus Stan was able to figure out it was just poor air circulation and fixed this right away. Now the fridge is functioning well and keeping things nice and cool. Going back to Fix-Pro is my choice.

This company provides fast service. The honest and knowledgeable people could have charged me a huge repair bill, but instead they told me that I'll be better off to actually replace the dishwasher. My dryer had power but doesnt start. Alex assessed the dryer and came up with a quick diagnosis. He had to order parts, which arrived within a week. After they arrived, he installed all the parts that had to be replaced, and the dryer now runs just like new. Service was quick and friendly, and much less expensive than purchasing a new dryer. He actually helped fix mine, but he also fixed my faulty installion. Alex, did a great job. He was early. He trouble shot my oven and told me it was an ignitor and gave me the option for me to fix it myself or have him fix it. I will definitely call him again. He was straight forward with me and you can't ask anymore than that.
