Lovely and so darn easy to maintain!
In July we purchased a full shower including ceiling panel and glass doors.
First week in Sept the day arrived for the remodel... It took 2 full days which we planned for.
Full disclosure, there was 1 issue to discuss after completion.
The office was wonderful to address the concern and make a plan to correct.
I love my new Bath Planet shower .. it matches our granite countertop perfectly.. we didn't expect to find such match.

I had Bath Planet install a walk in bath tub in my spare bathroom for my grandad who moved in with my family as he is needing a little more help with his Parkinson's getting worse. Our rep was so kind and helped us pick out just what we needed that will help us on his bad days. Their customer service team was very thorough when answering all of my million questions from making the consultation, to the person who came out, to the service team who sent the person out to install our walk in tub. The guy who came out and installed it was so polite and helpful! He did AMAZING work!!!! Thank you Bath Planet for helping us keep grandad safe!!!

I LOVE my new shower. The installer showed up and time and left at a reasonable time in the afternoon, was very pleasant, stayed on task, was neat, explained what he was doing, was chearful and clearly enjoyed what he did. The shower is beautiful. The custom fit works exactly how I wanted it to. Since I am in a mobile home, he had to do some modifications. I am very happy with all contacts and with the finished product.

We had our outdated bathtub replaced with a walk in shower. The sales person explained our options an showed how it would look once completed. There was no pressure on her part, just answered questions. During the build process we were kept informed on the status and when to expect shipping. Once shipped we were called to schedule the install, as promised. We were told what to expect during the installation process and it all went according to plan. The installer did a great job, kept the work and surrounding area clean as he went.
All-in-all a pleasant experience and we are extremely happy with the results.

We hired Bath Planet to completely replace our master bathroom shower. It took a long time for the parts to come in due to COVID supply chain issues, but the installation was done in 1.5 days, exactly as they said it would be. The new shower looks and works great. We are very pleased.

We decided to get our old tub removed and update our shower in our nearly 100 year old house, and since it is the only shower in the house we needed it done in a short time frame. Bath Planet did exactly what they promised and it was done it two days and it looks great! Our installer Tom was very easy to work with and knew what he was doing.
In all fairness, we had a lower bid with Bath Fitters and I'm sure it would have been fine, but Bath Planet did seem a bit more competent and customer focused with a more robust wall system.

We held off our thoughts regarding our Bath Planet experience until we were confident all was well, as we used our new shower for over a week. Now, after two weeks, we are more than pleased to give our review.

From the very beginning of our experience with Bath Planet, we have been more than satisfied with the level of service we have had. Our initial introduction was with a sales representative who spent more than an hour with us explaining the process, showing us what was available, was knowledgeable as to what would work in our space, and Mr. Peterson never pressured us in any way. In the end, we showed him what we wanted and he provided a quote. Bath Planet was not the only company we interviewed. Thoroughly impressed with everything we heard and saw, we decided to go forward with Bath Planet and never once felt we made a mistake.

Our installer, Rob, arrived as scheduled. The timeline for installation was even shorter than we anticipated, and our installer, Rob, arrived on the pre-arranged date. He was courteous, efficient, capable, and a joy to have in our home as he took great care as he worked on the demolition and removal of the old bathtub. We were invited to check each step of the process as he worked, which we appreciated. He had several challenges, this being a house that was built in the 1950s, but not once was he unable to tackle the problems.

I have recommended Bath Planet to several friends who are contemplating switching out their bathtubs to a shower.

I was very pleased with my Bath Planet tub and shower remodel. Ronnie arrived on time was pleasant and started right in. He kept me apprised of his progress. Ronnie had some extra plywood bits in his truck and reinforced my rotted out flooring!
He finished in a day and a half. My new shower tub enclosure is beautiful.

From the beginning salesman was not pushy, spent a lot of time helping me make decisions and worked hard to help me wet up financing which I think was generous.
Install went great. Installer even ignored my dumb questions. I think I have the most beautiful shower and like everyone says
"Wish I had done it sooner"

I ordered a new walk-in shower to replace a bath in a guest bedroom. The order was completed early and the technician installing the shower did a great job. He communicated with me thoughout on his progress.

Thought it time for me to git with it and write a satisfied customer review. We chose these people for all the obvious reasons. The job was scheduled, done to our satisfaction, on time and promptly, etc. Now comes the reason for this review. We had one small complaint. A question of personal satisfaction or preference. We talked to them and they said we will be out to fix it, to make you happy. They did and we are happy with all of it.

Ronie did a fantastic job remodeling our two bathrooms. High quality and quick - it took only two and a half days with minimal inconvenience.

Very helpful with information about their products and services. Wanted a ballpark figure for cost but they were not able to give one without seeing the project via in home appointment. All in all, looks to be an excellent quality and fast installation process.

Such wonderful company! They made it so easy for us to pick out colors and fixtures. We were leaving town and on a time crunch, they were able to get us scheduled and completed before we left. The worker was so pleasant and did a fantastic job!
