Update to the update. my project was completed and the inspection past. cant be happier with the result. the best contractors are proven when things go wrong. This contractor worked with us to get the situation under control. It was greatly apricated. things are now looking good and on track. excited for the next phase.

We had a leaking shower faucet that dripped inside the wall for months that led to a partial teardown by a remediation team. When it was time to rebuild, we decided to replace the shower surround with a jetted tub. Alejandro and his team did a great job putting the room back together. They stayed in constant communication with us, were flexible when the tub we ordered kept getting delayed, and they found another dripping pipe that would have put us back in the same situation all over again if it hadn't been addressed. We would definitely work with Alejandro again.

We developed a leak from an outdoor deck over an outdoor dining area. I had no idea who to call but luckily a friend put me in touch with Alejandro. He came out, diagnosed the problem and solution, got an estimate done super fast and then on their schedule. His crew always showed up on time, were very careful protecting the surrounding patio and garden, and got the job done on time. We had to juggle some rainy days but the communication and follow through were exemplary. In the end, the whole project got cleaned up and looks like new! I will happily hire him again.

Today’s crew worked non-stop and were meticulous with trimming several hedges and a weeping birch tree. They also checked with me several times to be sure the hedges were at the height I wanted. The flower bed cleanup and attention to detail is why I can never go wrong asking Alejandro’s guys for help with my yard each year.

Alejandro and his crew were the best! They were on time, communicative, professional, and did EXCELLENT work. We were very impressed with their wood working skills (fixed a scratched wood railing and built an exterior wood railing). They also subbed out some carpet work and their sub was also really great. Highly recommend!!

Great company to work with. Alejandro and Stephania have been very good with communication. The materials we were able to choose at their showroom and both our projects in 2024 came out beautifully. He recently renovated a clients condo for me and we also used his cleaning company and staging. The work and coordination were seamless. 100% recommend.

I worked with Alejandro and his team to prepare a Renton home for the market. I met with Alejandro, we walked through the home, and we created a lengthy list of repairs and improvements that spanned a broad range of skills. Alejandro was very professional and helped us not only design our bathroom remodel and conversion from a four bedroom one bath to three bedroom two bath, but he also helped pick out good colors and fixtures to help with our project. We also used Alejandro to update cabinets and flooring in our kitchen and redo our outdoor living space and patio and build a deck. Alejandro was very professional and very thorough and if we had any issues he was quick to follow up and correct. We will continue to use Alejandro going forward.
