Last Oct, I had Washington Generator Company installed a-22KW-generator. I didn't write a review then because I wanted to wait for some time to see how the generator works and how the customer service of this company is. It turns out that the generator has worked fine and the customer service that Mr. Corey, the owner, demonstrates is exceptional. He deeply understands that customer satisfaction is the main core of his business success. He puts money in the passengers' seat and customers satisfaction in the driver's seat in order to fulfill his commitment of making sure customers happy with their investment of buying his company's product or service because he knows that having a new generator installed costs at least $15K to customers (in my case, I paid about $20K). In addition, his technician, whose name is Jose, is excellent in workmanship and detailed oriented. Jose explained thoroughly how he executed his work plan to customer and walked customers every step of the way from start to finish. I greatly admire Corey to go to extra mile in contacting customers and I'm appreciated his commitment and Jose's workmanship. I strongly recommend Washington Generator Company to anyone who wants to have a new generator installed or any product or service that Washington Generator offers. You will be happy with their service in the end.

Completed installation of a Generac 16KW Generator yesterday in Redmond, WA and can honestly advise that Washington Generators is one of the most professional companies I have had the pleasure to work with in recent years with many companies and contractors.

From the very start of discussions with Eric who help guide us with which type of system to purchase, to Jeremy and Eric who performed initial installation of the generator unit and gas line hook up, to finally Zane who completed installation yesterday by installing all of the electrical and conducting a very thorough demonstration of how the unit operates during a power failure,

it has been a remarkable experience. All gentlemen were very professional, considerate, and respectful at our home and property. I was impressed with their level of workmanship, cleanliness of their work area, and pride in what they do best.

Washington Generators electrician Tim installed a new EV charger in our garage. He explained to us what he was doing, took pictures for us, and showed us how our new electrical panel works with the new charger. Ryan from the office was awesome in setting up the appointment and explaining what was going to happen. He provided great customer service and answered all my questions. Great company! Technician who came for maintenance uncovered an awful ant infestation in our generator. Cleaned everything out very thoroughly and showed us what to do to keep the ants away. Went above and beyond for sure!

Everyone I worked with on project design, documents, and installation was friendly, efficient, and competent. Kyle patiently prepared a design that powers our heat pump and nearly all circuits despite our gas line’s limitation on generator size. Ana promptly answered questions on the contract and processed all documents. And Czearwen lead a crew through a smooth installation with excellent workmanship and clean up, emphasis on all components working, and clear explanation of system operation. The entire team was exceptional. From Kyle, the pre-sales representative, to Ana, who provided clear and timely updates on all key milestones, their communication and professionalism were top-notch.

A special shout-out goes to the install team, Kurt and Kainen. I truly cannot speak highly enough of these two gentlemen. They worked diligently in the intense summer heat, arriving promptly at 7:30 AM and staying until 3:00-4:00 PM. Both Kurt and Kainen were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. The way they cleaned up my backyard was astonishing – after digging and refilling a two-foot trench, you'd never know they were there, especially after the inspector signed off on their impeccable workmanship.

Each step was very professional and thoroughly explained. Our installer, Jeremy, was extremely professional and I believe went above and beyond throughout the entire process. After the installation was completed, Jeremy walked us through what he had done and very thoroughly explained each component (including the surge protectors, transfer switches, the load control module and the generator). We had our annual generator maintenance today. The service was extremely thorough and all our questions were answered. They provided pictures of each part as they found them and what was replaced, what the oil looked like when they arrived and what it looked like after replacement, what filters looked like before and after new ones were installed, etc. The service representative was very professional and left the generator looking like new.

Excellent communication from office and technician. Tech called to ask if he could arrive early. He addressed the issue we were having but to be honest it’s a little early to tell if it’s been resolved as it was an intermittent issue. However he spent lots of time showing us how to use our generator, fixed a couple of small issues and adjusted some settings on the generator. The company who installed it never did that.
