Appointment only. No restroom. Overnight parking available. Its quick once you get a dock.

I read thy don't let you use the restroom, federal law states any facility that ships or receives interstate freight will make clean and functional restrooms available to drivers.

I am a maintenance tech in Kent and your delivery drivers bryan and Stanley are amazing got everything off the truck in a timely manner and even went across half the property to help put items into our storage room, I appreciate these techs, thank you

My appointment time according to the broker was 9 am. I parked onsite the night before. On a door at 5:30 am. I appreciate receivers who unload me early. Thank you from Carol at Sunrise Express

I will five star, however it took hours to unload me due to broker mess up. They do have a restroom at will call door. But the unload wait time was not good and cost me money

I showed up to pick up empty trailer , at receiving after hours , and appeared closed .Trailer was locked to dock with king pin lock . On site Security was nice enough to tell me shipping , on other side in between had people available. One of workers asked what’s going on and went to see if anyone still there and eventually found someone . That individual made huge effort to help me get my empty trailer so i could leave to pick up a load elsewhere. Good Job and Thanks for your kindness.

0800 appointment, they received us at 0650. Drivers check-in next to dock door 9. Finished unloading a little past 8am. It looks like it could be tight backing in if you've got cars parked in front of you, but the car spots were empty in front of our dock and it was pretty simple. My only real complaint was there was a bit of wood debris in the back of the trailer.

Good size and convenient location.

Two Complains : (1) Warehouse employees shouldn't be coercing drivers to break seals without witnessing it. Warehouse employee should break it themselves in front of the driver or witness the driver doing it

If there's a shortage the driver doesn't want a shared liability. That being said - Make certain your employees either cut the seal or witness the driver doing it.

(2) Too all the cry baby truck drivers in search of a poddy break. Your supposed to have your own means of doing your business in the bunk to start with. And secondly you likely drove past several hundred public restrooms before you even got here.

Planned poop is like planned parenthood. Your supposed to think ahead and plan for it as opposed to just winging it as you go. Make a note of it ✨️

Not a bad place to deliver to as a driver, but the employees are all miserable and we had to wait over 2 hours for unloading. When I asked to use the restroom the guy said they don't usually let "us" (truck drivers) use the restroom. He did let me though, maybe because I'm a girl. No one seemed happy to be working here.
