Plumbing Excellence Northwest has exceeded all my expectations. I've had regularly occurring issues with my pipes clogging and previous plumbers were only able to temporarily fix the problem. Jose at Plumbing Excellence Northwest not only fixed this issue but I have now gone a few weeks without it rearing its ugly head. You won't be disappointed with choosing Jose as his work ethic and professionalism far exceed any previous plumbers I have used.

I called Plumbing Excellence Northwest at 7AM today and by 9AM, Jose was at my client's home inspecting the leak from behind the laundry room wall. While there, Jose was also able to discover a leak underneath the kitchen sink that was causing the water to backup. Jose was respectful, kind, and knowledgeable and he was able to answer all of our questions and provide actionable steps to take. Thank you for your swiftness and professionalism, Jose!

Jose came out very timely, first thing in the morning! I thought his visit was for estimation, but he was prepared to address my issue right here and right now! Replacing my original pressure reducing valve and the water shut off valve took him less than one hour!!! Honest, straight forward and quality work he gave me! Thank you, Jose!!!

I had Plumbing Excellence NW replace a water heater in a home we just purchased in East Renton Highlands, which had started leaking and making weird noises and smelled kinda funky and... just wasn’t keeping up anymore. From the very first call, the communication was clear and respectful of my time. He showed up when he said he would, walked me through the options, explained the warranty and cost in a way I could actually understand, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.

I’ll be honest I don’t (well, I didn't lolol) know a thing about water heaters but I always felt informed and comfortable with the decisions I made. The installation was done carefully, the old unit was removed without a mess, and the new one works perfectly.
Now my water heater runs quietly and reliably, and I feel so much relief knowing it was done right.

Our Navien tankless hot water heater started to deliver tepid temperatures only. Through the Navien website, I reached out to all authorized repair companies in a 25 mile radius. Despite being Sunday, Jose of Plumbing Excellence NW called within an hour and stopped by that day to diagnose the problem and offer a quote. Since then, only one other company among the six or so listed bothered to respond. He diagnosed the problem and two out of code issues, providing quotes for each. I opted in to all three. He left, providing a temporary fix so we’d have hot water in the meantime, scheduling us for the following Friday. But for Christmas on Thursday, he would have come sooner. Jose and his brother arrived today at 8:30a and completed the job(s) in under four hours. Looking at the copper and PVC that they added, you can tell that their work is pristine.

I'm the kind of guy that does all of his home maintenance, electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry. But I got in a situation with a plugged toilet. I tried to clear myself self with the snake And had no luck . I needed somebody with more knowledge than I have. I was recommended by a friend plumbing excellence Northwest and that was definitely the right choice. The toilet had to be pulled and the lid for my septic system had to be pulled. They snaked both ends ran their snakes up both sides and cameras up both sides The technician was very knowledgeable, A excellent, hard worker friendly and kept the work area clean. It was a hard blockage but they got me flushing. They're going in my plumbing contacts for sure.

I am very happy that I chose this company. They finished the job on time and at fair pace and very quickly. Before above chooses any of the big corporate plumber, give this company a chance. You won’t regret it. They do high quality work at. Fair price
