Trusted Plumbing and Heating was efficient, timely and affordable. I have been in the real estate business for 36 years and while the 3 attributes I mention should be automatic I find many vendors fall short of just meeting the basics well.

Grant W came out for a last minute visit and couldn't have been more helpful. We didn't know what was happening, but Grant explained everything, told us not to worry everything will be fine and it was. If we have any problems in the future, we will be asking for Grant specifically.

My husband and I own a handful of rentals and we self manage so it is very important to us that we have quality companies to work with. Trusted Plumbing has become our go to plumber for several issues that come up. They are quick to respond and get someone out in a timely manner. They always have the right equipment to get the job done and leave the site clean and tidy. During Covid they follow all protocols to keep our tenants safe.

Great customer service, very thorough in the work that was provided. Mission was accomplished in fixing the blockage in the drain for sub pump drainage. Pricing was great for a job well done. Turn around time was good too. I highly recommend using the services provided by Trusted Plumbing & Heating.

I had an appointment scheduled between 11 am. and 1 pm. for today. They called me 20 min before 1 to say they won't make it on time. I mentioned I could wait 1 more hour, but then I would have to go as I have other errands today. She said before they send a tech out that I have to agree to pay the $89 fee. Mind you, before I agreed to the appointment, the lady that scheduled me said they could waive the fee. Considering others do not charge for an estimate, I declined. Very upset that they went back on their word and wasted my morning like this. Ironic how they call them selves Trusted Plumbing but can't be trusted in what they agreed to.

This company is not BBB accredited. They came to our home repair our boiler heating system on Wednesday before Thanksgiving they filled the boiler up because it was low. They had to wait they got a fill regulator part so our heat worked through the holiday weekend they came back on Monday late afternoon and replace the part we had a newbie tech who he told my husband the heat regulator too high. About 3 hours later I started smelling heat my bedroom sits over the boiler next morning my husband went to check on it it was leaking in three places his repair blow our pump The fill regulator the heat regulator. Never is the three visits to our home did they say that fixing it would blow up the whole system. I talked to Jim he just blew me off never do business with these guys again to fix their problem boys this is just the beginning sincerely Judy Sloan
