What a beautiful roof! Had a metal roof out on an old mid century modern house. Godo and team were amazing. They found rot and fixed it and cleaned up impeccably. Had the gutters replaced and Ben rocks! Thank you Three Tree!

We got a new roof and gutters from Three Tree Roofing in March 2024. They did our neighbor's roof and were the low bidder of the four bids we got for our roof. The job was done quicker than they estimated (and that included a lot of needed new plywood sheeting). We are very happy with the look of our roof and gutters and the service was always professional and friendly. We have already recommended them to friends and neighbors. Thank you!

Three Tree staff was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the right roofing material for our house. The installers were pleasant and hard working. They made sure everything was protected and cleaned up daily. We are so happy with our new roof. We have the nicest roof in the neighborhood. All the neighbors have commented on how good the roof looks.

No kidding...I interviewed 6 roofing companies. Many are well-respected, highly rated roofing companies. I went with Three Tree for a few reasons, but mostly because no matter how many requests I made of them and questions I had, they always got back to me. The final work is great! We really liked our Crew Lead - he was so sincere, honest, and approachable. There was a bit of an issue around our windows, and our rep did research to get us recommendations to address the issue. They were so honest about some unexpected venting and they didn't charge us for these. I did my research and am I so happy that I selected Three Tree. We really like our new roof and I'd be delighted to be a reference.

The Tree Tree crew did an amazing job. Our tear off required extra days and better protection over and above what is normal and Three Tree went above and beyond to ensure our home will be protected without ensuing extra cost. I would definitely recommend Three Tree Roofing.

Every communication and every detail exceeded my expectations. After each work day, my property was spotless. I love my new roof...I enjoy the rain and hail sound!

I was very happy with Three Tree Roofing at every stage of the process. The estimator was polite and professional and provided a printed bid packet, something none of the other bidders did.
The job manager accommodated my schedule and made certain I was informed at each step. The roofing crew were fantastic, hard working and safety conscious on a steep and difficult roof, which I appreciated. They did a thorough cleanup each evening and at the end of job. I even had comments from neighbors who were impressed.
The carpenter went out of his way to meet some unusual scheduling requests I made. His work was efficient and professional.
The gutters were up in a flash!
Billing was fair with no surprises. I would not hesitate to recommend Three Tree Roofing. In fact I already have!

Three Tree roofing were great. We are glad we went with them. Very professional and knowledgeable they answered all my questions and address all my concerns. We had four bids and we decided to go Three Tree based on professionalism and they took took the time to go over all the different products and roofing materials. Which by the way most companies don’t do that and most don’t give you options that best fit your needs. I would highly recommend Three Tree all the way around great service from start to finish.

Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. They’re great at following instructions and always keep you posted with the progress. I love the outcome of the project!

Awesome company who does exactly what was asked and agreed upon. Showed up early and was on the roof at 8 am, each day they cleaned up around the house. I highly recommend them as an affordable roofing company. The new roof looks great.

From beginning to end, it was a pleasure to work with Three Tree Roofing. Their sales rep, admin personnel and installers all did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them!

From start to finish the entire process of having a metal roof put on my new house was flawless. Jack and Matt took care of sales and scheduling smoothly and to my surprise work started in under two weeks. Emiliano was the foreman and he and his crew of three guys had great teamwork and they worked their butts off. Despite an unforeseen problem with the roof Emiliano and his crew still had the job done in just under four days. Communication was excellent and the entire process was explained step by step. No surprises whatsoever. Three Tree brought in their own porta potty and the site was cleaned for trash, debris and nails daily. The quality and finish are near perfect, I now have a fifty year roof and it just looks fantastic!

I chose Three Tree Roofing after narrowing down my search to a few companies and getting similar bids from each. Three Tree was the easiest and the most helpful and cooperative roofer to work with, and I'm glad I ended up going with them. They let me negotiate on the price slightly since I was working with insurance money to get a complete re-roof and gutter system done. I went for a hand split cedar shake roof that also required some carpentry work to damaged rafters, and having one company that can do it all made my life much easier. CJ and Neil were always ready to answer any questions I had, and Miguel and his team did amazing work and had no problem answering my questions each morning when they showed up to continue work. I'd highly recommend Three Tree Roofing.

We've had two experiences with Three Tree roofing in the last 6 months. Both experiences have been very good. Everyone has been friendly and good to work with and we quite satisfied with the roof and new gutter flashing.

I had an excellent experience with Three Tree Roofing! They recently replaced the roof on my garage, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the start, they were professional and took the time to research the best options for my specific roofing needs. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout the entire process. The crew was punctual, efficient, and left everything clean and tidy when they were finished. The new roof looks fantastic and has given me peace of mind knowing it’s built to last. I highly recommend Three Tree Roofing !

Three Tree is a local company with extensive experience and knowledge. Of the four companies we had come out to our house, Three Tree felt the most comprehensive in providing options and came in at a great price. While communication leading up to the project was lacking, the crew did great work and kept the area clean each day. I’m very satisfied with the work and would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

My roof replacement project from cedar shake to composition (CertainTeed Pres TL) is complete and I am very please with the results. Paul M, my sales/acct manager provided a great project bid. Derek the business project coordinator was great on updates. Jose and his crew was top notch in the work that they performed. Very efficient, despite the spotty rain showers. They ensured everything was covered at the end of the each day to avoid any leaks, etc. Total time was about 5 days. Cleanup was good and no damages to the house itself. They took care to be respectful of the property.
I highly recommend. I initially did five bids, and Three Tree Roofing I did last...per recommendation from a neighbor. I am so glad I went with Three Tree. Give them a call.

All communication I had with Three Tree Roofing was prompt, clear and courteous. The crew that worked on our roof were hard-working, friendly, and respectful. They showed up on-time and worked hard all day. They seemed to enjoy working with one another, and always had a smile and a wave for me. They were careful about staging their materials in a way that did not harm my garden plants and left the yard clean when they were done. I won't be getting another roof, so I can't say I would be happy to use them again for that job, but if I ever need other work done, I'll contact them in a minute, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good, reliable roofing company.

Everything from start to finish was done with with a level of professionalism I had not experienced before. The salesperson was knowledgeable in all aspects of the product and service. Scheduling was seamless and done within the stated time frame. The actual roofing was done at the exact date and time stated, clean up took place daily and they even finished the job early! They also have metal in addition to shingle roofing options that are a great alternative. The entire process was worry and stress free. I wholeheartedly recommend their service to anyone needing roofing services.

I am very happy with the new metal roof Three Tree roofing installed on my home. Over the years, I've had many companies come provide bids to replace my roof but I felt like my interaction with Three Tree Roofing was just a bit different than the others. That, in combination with what I felt was a very reasonably priced estimate led me to choose them to replace my roof. My interactions with everyone from their company felt top notch (Danny - Sales, Matt - Project Manager, and Godo and his installation team). I would have no hesitation recommending Three Tree Roofing to my family or friends.

We recently had our roof replaced by Three Tree Roofing and I would highly recommend their services. Their bid was competitive, and they fixed a drainage problem that had caused part of the roof to rot at no extra cost. The communication was good, and materials were dropped off and picked up as planned. The team showed up when expected and cleaned up afterward - however, we are still finding nails, but maybe that is to be expected. Overall I'm very satisfied with the work they did.
