Absolutely the most amazing group/company I’ve ever had an opportunity to work with! I had a major pipeline break that supplies well water to the house, bringing sludge water into my filter system and home plumbing lines.

They came immediately at my request. Not only assuring and addressing the need for flushing of the system, filter change, inspection and replacement of worn parts … my interior faucets, and related water related appliances were checked as well.

Courteous, pleasant with a sincere interest that all the needs of the house water features were addressed.

We recently had a water consultation with Pure Water Northwest, and I wasn’t sure if a water filtration system was necessary for our home. Cydian came over to test the water, checking both the tap water and the output from our basic filter system. He provided an honest and professional opinion, explaining that while we could install a filtration system, it wasn’t essential based on the current water quality.

We had a great experience with Pure Water. We installed a full house filter plus an RO with two spouts. We're very happy with the quality of work and the result. Cydian was very knowledgeable and responsive, and the install team were awesome as well. I love being able to support a local company that does high quality work.

This is the 3rd time I’ve had a whole house softener and filter installed in my home (3 separate homes, each with a private well). My wife and I really enjoy the feel of softened water in the shower, and the fact that our white clothes stay white.

I sometimes hear of others who don’t like the taste of softened water. With our first softener (1999-2005), we noticed a little something about the taste of our softened water, but in the 2nd and now this 3rd new one we only notice that the water is as good as any bottled water, with no unusual flavors or after taste.

We bought our current home just over a year ago and did a complete remodel. After moving in we immediately noticed that our well water was staining and scaling up all our new bathroom and kitchen fixtures, as well as staining our white clothing. I searched the internet, read reviews, and decided to reach out to Pure Water Northwest. Their rep came to my home a few days later and was very interested in hearing my concerns and clearly discussed options and recommendations to get our water satisfactorily conditioned.

There are many softeners available online and in the big home stores for much cheaper than what PWNW offers. Since I have a fair amount of experience with water softeners and know how to do basic plumbing, I was about to “DIY” this job and save some money, but after reviewing all the literature and considering warranty coverage when having someone else do it, I opted to spend more money and go with what seemed like a much better system.

After committing to purchase from PWNW, they put me on their schedule and showed up when they said. The installation techs were very friendly, and obviously experienced and knowledgeable. I had fun discussing their tools and process as they worked and they didn’t seem to mind me being around.

It was very pleasant and straight forward working with PWNW, and my system is working as well as I had hoped. I think they do a great job and I recommend them. It costs double what a DIY job would be, but in the end it seems worth it, and if you can’t do your own work, it’s a no brainer to go with PWNW.

A service visit was scheduled for 2-27-2025. The online pre-approval estimate was completed. Domenic arrived at noon and commenced to change out the filter, check the control valve - which was pretty clean for 8-9 months of operation - and inspected the entire system. A re-gen was performed and all digital inputs were checked and verified. Of note, the old filter was apparently doing the job because it was totally rust colored. Domenic saved me some cash as the control valve was in very good shape.
Thus far, I'm very happy with the system and Pure Water NW. Domenic, who helped John install the system last year, is knowledgeable, friendly and instructive. You guys are tops!

Since we just purchased this 8 year old home, We really appreciate the knowledge shared about our system. This indoor air is so important for good health! We now have a fresh start and our air in the home now smells so good!

Installation date was further out than desired, but that is indicative of their business volume. The installation techs were great!
