Cameron and Jordan were excellent! Super friendly guys, got our old hot water heater out and the new one in super fast - works great! Couldn't recommend these guys enough.

West Sound plumbing are outstanding. Jordan & Cameron tackled a big job, replacing propane lines, fireplace valves & a variety of interior plumbing issues I’ve been putting off - all in one day!! They are excellent and thorough professionals! Cant recommend highly enough!

Josh and cameron did a fantastic job. I felt comfortable having them in my home. They stayed on task and tested everything when they were done. I will use them again on future projects.

I have never done a Google review but from estimate to install of a new Rinnai tankless water heater, West Sound Plumbing was top notch. Loved their "can do" attitudes, fair pricing, professionalism and willingness to answer plumbing questions unrelated to the Rinnai job. Thank you Austin, Jordan, Dakota and office staff.

Had a whole home water filter installed and Jordan and Dakota did an amazing job! They were on time, very professional and checked with me on placement, and everything first. They built a solid and functional valve system that I did not expect. They also fastened a utility sink to the wall which was a complete bonus. Price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend!

Unbelievably good service from WSPS - incredibly responsive, they had multiple issues with our unit fixed in less than an hour and a half after they were contacted. Friendly and professional as well, highly recommend.

Jordan was AWESOME! He was super courteous and explained what he was doing with every step. (Not sure what was paid as this is a rental.)

Renovation of a 1940 house involving installing a toilet in the basement, tankless water heater, total replacement of guest bathroom sink, tub, toilet, new water line into the house, new gas line to an outdoor grill, and generally making right what had been existing. Cleanup after each job was completed and all around excellent work done by the team from West Sound plumbing.

If I could give a rating higher than 5 stars, I would. Dakota and Forrest with West Sound Plumbing were extremely professional, in the way they were dressed, their demeanor, and the way they spoke with me. They removed their boots on entering without being asked, they quickly and efficiently made the repair and cleaned up leaving no trace. They even arrived a few minutes early. They were very friendly and I felt comfortable having them in our home. I highly recommend them both.

Cameron was very diligent at troubleshooting and finding an unusual sound that was related to our house's plumbing. Camerom was awesome to work with!

Forrest and Noah did excellent and professional work troubleshooting and repairing a master valve. Very professional Forrest was thorough and took the time to clearly explain the situation and resolution options. Very professional.

Well done, West Sound Plumbing! You hired Forrest! Forrest was very proficient, kind and personable. I could have hung out with Forrest all day. He did a fantastic job in a timely fashion. Oh and I also Adore Jessica! She’s fun and funny and has a great attitude!

Summer

This independently owned company sent Joshua to our home to fix a shower issue. The personable plumber was on time, attentive, and happy to answer our questions. He was efficient, did great work, and left our home as clean as he found it. Despite a wild goose chase to locate the water shut off, he maintained a great sense of humor, alleviating our embarrassment. He made sure to ask if we needed anything else before he left, a rare offer these days when so many repair workers are tightly scheduled. We highly recommend this company and don't be shy, ask for Joshua if you prefer some personality with your repair!

West Sound Plumbing went that extra mile to take on my water leak repair that they would not normally have accepted. Jordan worked with me to ensure preparation was completed correctly. He arrived on schedule and wasted no time or motion while he worked. West Sound Plumbing will be my go-to plumber if they need arises again.

Cameron came out and did a great job resolving a difficult issue with a clogged drain. He clearly put in the extra effort to make sure the drain was cleared and provided the information we needed to fix the problem going forward.

West Sound Plumbing just completed a complete replumbing of my master bath. I’m remodeling and needed to move the toilet and vanity and install a new tub. I used West Sound earlier this year to plumb a new shower and install a new water heated. As before, this latest project was handled in a thoroughly competent and professional manner.

I’m finding that skilled tradesmen are in high demand and that they are booked out for months. I feel very fortunate to have found West Sound.

And a word about Forrest who did my work these past two days. He is everything you could ask for in a plumber. He is punctual, professional, and very good at what he does. He stopped a couple of times to discuss options and listened carefully to my questions and, when his work was completed he left his work area clean.

I will call West Sound the next time that I need help and will definitely ask for Forrest if he is available.

Gabe came out to our home today and was so efficient, fast and super kind! He had us fixed up in no time at all after first listening to me try to describe the sound I've been hearing in the pipes. Thank you again Gabe and thank you West Sound Plumbing Service for sending him!

Both Forest and Dakota did a great job in identifying and fixing the leak in my water filtration system. They both were very professional and were very knowledgeable regarding water filtration systems They were efficient and effective in performing the work.
