Really happy with this team, they are absolutely professional, punctual, and everything was left clean and working perfectly. Highly recommend them!

Promptly response, call him for emergency main sewer drain clogged , accurately pinpointed source of the blockage, got pictures of the issue inside the pipe, it was a tree root that perforated main pipe reducing adequate flow , they were able to use jet to partially unclog the restriction and temporary make main pipe to drain until full repair of the main pipe is going to be made

Great services by Yama and Shamim!! Got a clog in kitchen sink for couple of days and tried snake with my 25 feet auger, didn’t work. Called Shamim at night, Yama showed up 10AM on time, tried 100 feel snake as best efforts and finally the hydro jet, full of grease but finally get it working!! We had Kirkland Rooter come to our home for a second opinion on a leak behind our kitchen sink after an ambiguous opinion from another plumbing service. The technician conducted a very thorough inspection, including testing whether it was from a pipe coming into or leaving our sink, and narrowed down the location within several feet and explained his reasoning (free of charge). We decided to proceed with a direct diagnosis of the problem, and the tech was correct about the cause and location of the leak. They fixed the pipes and added some extra insulation around them to help prevent damage during freezing events, and went above and beyond to repair the surrounding wood siding and range exhaust fan that had to be removed during repair.

Kirkland Rooter helped us out with some plumbing issues we had today. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I love working with yama because they always provide quality service and they're super reliable. Highly recommend. Thanks

I called Kirkland Rooter as a last minute emergency, it was after hours and my water heater gave out and was leaking and flooding my garage! I was able to booked with them same day and within an hour they had arrived gave a good quote and got the job done! Highly recommend!

Kirkland Rooter was absolutely amazing!! I had a leak from my dishwasher, and because I had not been using it, I was panicking there was an emergency issue with my plumbing . He explained over the phone what he thought was going on, and that I likely did not need to waste my money having a plumber come out. He asked me several questions to determine whether it was a pipe issue or the dishwasher. He had me text him a photo of my faucets under the sink to check if they were super old and potentially would cause a worse problem if I tried to turn it off, as well as letting me know which one to turn off. He responded immediately to my text and said to go ahead and turn it off carefully and watch for leaking. All was good. He went WAY above and beyond to help me avoid the expense of having someone come out unnecessarily! He also gave me advice on places to buy a new dishwasher with the best prices on installation. I cannot recommend this company enough!!! He is honest, ethical, and the rate he quoted to come out and do an evaluation of the problem (if I had really wanted that) was excellent and less than a previous plumber I had used a few years ago. I am so relieved I found a great plumber I can call in the future should any issues come up! I highly recommend this company!

Great service, incredibly polite and astonishingly quick! Very knowledgeable and experienced. I live in a condo and they were intimately familiar and knowledgeable about the nuances of HOAs and how to shut off water in shared residences like my building.
