We had a remodeling project with Rez Constructions and honestly, I am really satisfied with the results and what they came up with. Good job, Highly recommend.

I was looking for local contractor in the seattle area. I was very pleased to find Reza, he gave me very good estimate and reasonable compare to all others.

I highly recommend try Reza construction, they have wonderful team, honest and cost is reasonable but worth getting their service, especially adu & remodelling.

We hired Rez to repair a window in our home which was surrounded by wood which had become rotten. Reza, the owner, promptly gave us a bid to repair the rotten wood and reinstall the window and shutters which had to be removed to do the work. Demolition of the rotten wood disclosed more rotten wood which could not be seen initially. Rez workers removed all of the rotten wood, replaced it and repaired part of the window which was also rotten--thus saving us from having to buy a new window. Rez's work was done promptly and on time. Reza was available to personally consult with us and his workers. This was a small, but challenging project which a lot of contractors would not want to undertake, but Rez did the job efficiently and even after a change order to deal with the unseen damage, the total price charged was very fair. We would use Rez again.

Reza replaced siding and rebuilt a deck. He was always courteous, informative, communicative. The workmanship of his team was excellent and proceeded as plan. I was very happy with Reza and strongly recommend him. He was a pleasure to work with

There is no job Rez construction can’t do, big or small. We had him design and install a new waterproof room deck (old one began to leak), install new roof, install new windows and doors (he made us custom flashings), install new siding, create drainage, concrete work and much more. Reza’s keen eye for engineering quickly identified the areas that were problematic in the home and he rectified the issues. He took his time to send us lots of pictures to explain the situation, and patiently waited as we went back and forth, brainstormed ideas for what we might want to do with this space and researched several products for the unique applications. We felt so comfortable and confident in his work throughout. His tradesmen are genuinely craftsmen. It is totally worth being patient and waiting to do the job right! They care about their projects and it shows in the attention to detail. We will be enjoying our serendipitous spaces for decades to come. Thank you!

I had solicited Rez Construction to replace (4) large, leaky windows and they were attentive, communicative, responsible, and transparent throughout the entire project. I am writing Rez Construction another contract with week because of their excellent work and would recommend them to others as well!

Working with Reza has been such a refreshing experience: he has been clear, communicative, easy to reach, and very pleasant throughout our remodel project, working through permitting issues and being flexible around my schedule. Have been very happy to work with him and will do so again the next time we have a project like this.

We worked with Rez Construction team recently on a project. The results and quality of their work was great. I highly recommend Rez construction team for any remodeling projects.

Reza was one of only a few General contractors who agreed to help us navigate the uncertainties and perils of renovating a 1920 ‘sold as is’ beach house in the middle of a pandemic in 2020. Noone could possibly predict what a massive undertaking this would become, and Reza stepped up to the challenge. His unique combination of skills in project management, engineering, and experience with both new construction and renovating very old homes made him the perfect person to take on this challenge. We only knew to expect the unexpected, and Reza managed to guide us through the process, both emotionally and financially, as we were going from a ‘remodel’ to a ‘gut-and renovate’, to a ‘rebuild’. Throughout the process, Reza’s project management skills and engineering expertise ensured that we would have a dream home that was safe and secure for our future. Most contractors would have run for the hills or cut corners to save time and trouble. There is no problem that Reza and his team can’t find a creative solution for, and this house has put them all to the test! He genuinely enjoys problem solving and coming up with the best solutions for both the design and the functionality of the house. He communicates clearly and consistently, sending photos and updates along the way, and will go out of his way to make sure the quality of the workmanship is top notch. His technical skills are only surpassed by his ability to manage people and maintain positive relationships with neighbors. His calm, patient and practical approach has been critical during this major project that has spanned over 2 years. His courtesy and close supervision have navigated some rather tense situations in a tightly packed waterfront area, where space is incredibly tight. Throughout the process, Reza not only takes care of the customer, but he also takes care of the neighbors and the community, and everyone is better for his commitment to excellence.

We had a very short time frame to convert an old multi-room office space into a workout studio. Rez Construction was responsive, fairly priced, and he cared about the quality of work personally. He was responsible for the major transformation we needed in a very short amount of time. Highly recommended!

Reza was very responsive and acted immediately by bringing the right contractors to my home that was water damaged. He finished the flooring in a bathroom over a weekend followed by the plumber 2 days later and the job got completed flawlessly. I can count on him for doing any future construction/remodeling work for my home. I was impressed with his completion of work in a timely manner. He stood up to his words and he was very professional and caring throughout this process. He visited my home everyday and checked it all at the end to make sure his quality check is complete as well.

I have been using Rez Construction service for almost last three years. Rez with his crew were always on time and on budget. I hired them for major landscaping project to solve underground and surface water problem in our backyard. They came up with a design, reviewed it with us and after approval, implemented the plan by a few catch basin storm drain, drainage piping (French Drain) and a dry well drain system. They came and swiftly did the job in a week and cleaned as if nothing has happened. Also, their painting service was great. I hired them to do major painting that came out outstanding. In 2017 I hired them to build a concrete walkways and they did an amazing job on that as well. Rez is not just a construction company, he is a problem solver who comes up with creative ideas and solutions to fix problems. I highly recommend Rez Construction for any general contracting and construction projects.

We had our bathroom done by Rez Const. The end results surpassed our expectation as we were hoping based on what we had heard about their track record. Through out the project, what we most appreciated with Rez was their focus on making good on their commitments, there were no surprises. We really appreciated this aspect of Rez Const. It made the whole experience a postive one.

Reza was very thoughtful and guided us through the process of changing the roof. His price was very competitive and the job was done good.

I got quotes from multiple roofers, however none of them brought the material and explained the differences like Reza did. He made sure the job was done as scheduled and in timely manner.

Rez construction team was very obliging with my personal requests to do multiple scans in the attic and ensure no dry rot or mold was found.

After the final work was done the place was cleaned and ensured there was no evidence of construction left.

I chose Rez-Construction after extensive market research and I'm delighted with the decision. I found them to be a reliable company offering exceptional services. One of the things that stood out to me was their transparency; they clearly outlined what they could do and set realistic expectations. This approach meant I never had to worry about the outcome, which was exactly as they had described. A special mention goes to Mr. Reza Nour, whose patience was extraordinary. He meticulously addressed my needs and explained every step of the process. I admit I can be a bit of a challenging client, but I really appreciate all that Mr. Reza did for me.

My business partner and I are first time business owners and are opening a cafe. We had 5 construction companies bid on doing our project and we elected to hire Rez Construction. This was one of the best decisions we have made throughout the startup process without a doubt. Before we even made our decision to sign a contract, Rez Construction was available to give us very helpful advice and council during our pre-construction phase. Throughout the bidding process, Rez Construction was very thorough and provided a more detailed quote for services than any other company. It was also clear that they intended to keep our costs down as much as possible, while remaining realistic. Once we brought Rez Construction on officially, they worked promptly and efficiently, meeting and exceeding our expectations across the board. We had several last minute changes to make, and each time we made a change, Rez Construction was extremely flexible and patient with us. Similarly to during pre-construction, Rez Construction also provided advice and assistance to make sure these changes had the lowest cost impact to the project possible. We were also continually impressed with the excellent communication maintained throughout the process both with us, and the crew. We are very pleased with Rez Construction, and we highly and unreservedly recommend this company to anyone undergoing a construction project.

I had a major home remolding completed by Rez Construction last year including complete kitchen, bathrooms and roofing and I was so satisfied with the time to complete, the cost and more importantly with the communication throughout the project. I highly recommend Rez Construction to anyone who wants to do major remodeling, new build or addition. Best value and best result!
