He was friendly and fixed our plumbing problem quickly and suggested ways to keep our pipes clean and maintenance free. We will recommend Frank's business to all our friends and neighbors. I began my day recently by discovering soaking wet carpet in my closet. The hot water heater is directly behind the wall so I figured there was a problem there. My sister in law recommended Frank; he had done a couple of repairs for her and she had been very satisfied so I called him. He said he could be over to take a look in 20 minutes. When I asked how much to come out, he said, “Nothing!” How great is that?

He confirmed the hot water heater was leaking and that it would need to be replaced. We discussed a little about water heaters and why they fail and how if the original installation had included a certain part, my closet wouldn’t be flooded...He said he could replace it in 4 hours ( same brand as I already had) and that he would do it in a way that would prevent future issues in the house if ever there were another leak! I needed a little time to work that out and he said it was no problem, I could call him when I was ready, which I did about an hour later.

Frank responded quickly, said he would head out to get the parts and get my installation done that afternoon. And he did. Because of the timing on my end, he didn’t start until about 4pm and he finished at 8:00. He didn’t turn down the job due to the hour but instead worked out in our cold garage until the job was done. There was no surcharge for “after hours”; we paid him what he quoted. He even recommended a water restoration service he has worked with for 10 years in case we end up needing any work done.

He was knowledgeable, efficient and polite. I couldn’t be happier with the service. I was lucky he had finished his earlier job and was available to help me. It’s far too cold out to be without hot water!

Frank, the owner of Rooter Pal Plumbing, did solid work. He was super responsive to scheduling the plumbing aspects of my home renovation. I was able to complete my renovation in time thanks specifically to Frank's efforts. Frank is awesome. Very professional, responsive, confident and provides good customer service. He came after business hours to take care of my concern. He came in and out in the heavy rain late at night just to get my job done. I saved his card and will recommend to my friends.

I’m so impressed with Rooter-Pal Plumbing. I called with a plumbing emergency and Frank was able to come within a few hours. He was very professional. He even told me what to do about the situation until he could get here. What a relief! I’m always nervous about trying new plumbers, but, Rooter-Pal made me feel comfortable and safe. They are reliable and trustworthy.

Frank came over in Memorual Day to fix our burst garden hose bib that was leaking water to the carpet and crawl space. He was promot and responsive to texts. He is professional and very knowledgeable and explained everything because I was interested. His services were on the slightly pricier side but the good service made it feel worthwhile.

We called Frank the day we found out our water main broke underground. He was out that same day to take a look and give us a quote. The very next day, him and his team came out to do the job. Frank is extremely knowledgable and was the only plumber out of 5-10 that was able to identify the type of pipe and the correct resolution for it. We will gladly use Rooter-Pal Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Frank did a great work fixing water leakage for me, through out the process of inspection and plumbing work, he was updating me the expected work to be done and cost for the same. I defenetly recommend him for any plumbing work

I would highly recommend RooterPal. We called Frank when we needed to cap off an unused gas line that was in the way of some landscaping we were doing. He was super responsive and came out promptly. He fixed the issue, answered all our questions and was very professional. Frank is great to work with, is highly knowledgeable and his prices are reasonable. We’re very pleased and will definitely call him next time we have a plumbing issue.

Frank and his team are SUPERB. I had received a very competitive quote from them in December, and initially thought I could repair our water heater myself, and so went along for a few weeks of tweaks and making it work in fits and starts by myself. When the water heater finally went out, it was two days before Christmas! I called, talked to Frank, who said they would be there the next day. Sure enough, they came on time, worked on it for a few hours till late at night in the cold with the garage door open, and replaced the old heater with the new one and made everything code-compliant too. There were no hidden charges, no gimmicks, no "extras" - everything done per quote in record time and very competently. I strongly recommend him and his team, they are honest, professional, and super capable, and performed an A+ rush job at a great price. Great company, great people.

Sunday we knew our water heater was going bad. I called one plumber who responded quickly, but he was out of the area and wouldn't be back for a week. He recommended Frank. Monday morning I called and Frank answered the phone!! Gave me an idea of the cost, said they could be there in the afternoon. Later got a text and said someone could come at noon! Noah came, answered my questions, made some suggestions and the work was started and I had hot water by that night. Their price was competitive. I would use them again for any major project!

Frank repaired a leaking washing machine and main water disconnect valves. He did a quality job and explained us all further steps to take to mitigate the water damage. We had no water in the house because of the leak and Frank was able to come by in 2 hours after I called him 7am in the morning. I tried calling several other places but no one could do the repair on the same day even knowing that I have no water in the house. Frank on the other side was able to move things around on a very short notice and do all the repairs quickly so I had the water back by noon the same day.

I had a 25 year old leaking water heater that needed replacement. I'm very picky on high quality products and craftsmanship. Frank was very responsive, extremely knowledgeable, set my expectations well and followed through exactly as stated. Very happy to have a High Quality, U.S. made, water heater. At the end he gave me an overview of my new system and a demo of how to turn off and restart the pilot light. This level of customer service is very rare to find these days. I Highly recommend Rooter Pal for any plumbing needs.

Frank and Alex were great! I have not had much experience with plumbers and needed a referral quickly. Rooter-Pal Plumbing came highly recommended by a friend. They were responsive, prices less than most, they are honest, fair and good. I will use Rooter-Pal Plumbing again in the future and recommend them to others.

Frank and Luca were friendly, considerate of our time, and highly skilled. They were actually able to come out the same day that I called them to look at a leaky water heater and knew immediately what to do. They also provided top notch hydro jetting for a clogged downspout we had. All the things that were stressing us out were made better in a jiff and we felt confident in their work. Frank responded to our call faster than the other plumbers in the area. He dispatched Noah right away and came within an hour. Noah was able to diagnose the problem and got our old faucet out without a problem. He found another issue during the diagnosis and recommended, without pressuring me into a decision, of getting additional work done for a potential future problem. He was able to get the work done efficiently, professionally, and within the agreed upon price. For any of my plumbing issues in the future, I will be using Rooster-Pal Plumbing.

I’ve worked in construction most of my life and dealt with many plumbers over that time. Frank and his team were yet the best in terms of professionalism and expertise. They were on time, very knowledgeable and saved me a lot of time and money by explaining things as they went.
Frank himself was very patient and helpful through the bumps we hit through the job. He hydrojetted our waste line which we believed to be clogged due to soft tissue. He took the time to thoroughly examine the 150ft of pipe until we found a root block found to be the culprit. Then after some digging and installing the clean out and shoring the hole. They then solved the problem once and for all.

He didn't push me to take this option and this one made me trust on him. He did an amazing job, keeping me updated on all the process and fixing in a professional way the problem.
