Greg, Sears repair man, was the only one who sincerely was concerned and tried to help us in a 3 month ordeal trying to get our range repaired. He gets 5 stars. You're phone systems and communication get 0 stars and are more than lacking in customer service one of the worst I've ever dealt with. We got the run around for 3 months. Very unprofessional. You need at least one phone number where people can talk to a real person without waiting for an hour and didn't know anything.

Tyler was the technician for the Sears Repair Dept. He was great, worked quickly, accurate, got me running in 10 minutes. If you ever need their help, ask for Tyler to get the BEST service ever!

Easy to work with, kept the space clean, the ordered parts came quickly and they honored my request to come do the repair in the afternoon. The warranty is worth it.

Our technician arrived here almost to the minute of the estimated time. He was very curious and polite, and he was really good with our skittish dogs. He got in, did the work, and left us with a repaired fridge. I can't think of anything is improve in the experience.

Jacob was friendly and polite, but more than that- he actually found the problem! We’ve had several techs trying to figure this out. It’s been 10 months! Lost a lot of food. Techs would say it should work after trying out what they thought it was. If we would’ve had Jacob on the first visit, we would have saved so much money! We will ask for Jacob if we ever need another technician. Thank you Jacob, for doing a great job.

Competent, great communication skills and very clean in working with water and ice removal.

Tyler came out to diagnose and hopefully fix our Kenmore Fridge. He was on time, friendly, courteous, and professional. He diagnosed the problem but unfortunately was not able to fix it because the parts are no longer made. He gave me suggestions to get the fridge motor to defrost and start working again and said it will probably freeze up again and we can defrost it again & it should work again. Only other option is to buy a new fridge. I’m still happy with his service as we needed to know what was wrong with it.

We bought a refrigerator, dishwasher and gas range. The refrigerator being the first item to be delivered.

They did a great job 👏 The part came in early so they shifted their schedule and gave us an earlier appointment. Our fridge is cold again and working great!

The technician was very knowledgeable and nice to explain the problem and options to repair the dryer. He was very thorough and completed the repair in very timely fashion. I would like to ask for him in future needs.

David was wonderful! He was on time, friendly, and got right to work diagnosing the problem. He came fully prepared with any parts he might need and was able to fix my refrigerator on the spot. This saved me from having to schedule a second repair appointment and he was able to waive my initial service fee as it was applied to the repair. I've used Sears Appliance Repair for many years and they've always been honest, reasonably priced, and easy to book within a day or two. They're also one of the few who can service Samsung appliances in the area. I'm a happy customer!

Technician was unable to repair my fridge. He was very polite and informative.

Tyler couldn't adjust the dryer door as it doesn't have an adjustment. He did his best. IMO It's just a cheap poorly made LG. I should have kept my 16 year old LG Tromm.

David was friendly, professional and experienced. Unfortunately, he was unable to repair our ice maker. Refrigerator/freezer was too old to repair (over 12 yrs) and they no long make the electrical part in the freezer door. Disappointed it could not be fixed and Whirlpool manufacture's just don't make them like they use too.

Patrick, the tech that came today and fixed three of my appliances was so Knowledgeable I really appreciated his help

Brandon was knowledgeable he explained the issues and had the dryer working within the hour.

Was friendly and so far it’s cooling down and working. He also had great communication

Dave was very professional and helped identify the problem and the solution and helped us identify parts we need by part number and where to order them.

Refrigerator repair: Our technicians were efficient, fast and respectful. Thoughtful to bring in all equipment and tools in before starting, and then started on the work without interruption. Cleaned up the packaging of parts and keep all equipment near the work area. Thank you for the great service.

Our repairman has been to our house a few times. He is always professional, friendly and thorough. Highly recommend Sears appliance repair.
