Jeff and Joanie were great. Friendly, helpful, informative, and prompt. They worked with me to do just what was needed - where I felt every other contractor I contacted wanted to sell me on a full remodel, or just more than I needed. Job done very well.

I’ve used Hardie Plumbing twice now, for different properties. Both times they were prompt, efficient, and communicative. Front office is also great. Will definitely use again.

I have been trying to get plumbers to come out to my house and fix my leaky 2-piece tub. Hardie plumbing came out to assess the situation to see if it could be a quick fix. Well, it wasn't. they had to come out with a 2man team to fix the problem. They had to take apart my tub and reinstall it. It took two hours, but the job is done. I am very pleased with the communication, timeliness, and quality of work at a reasonable price. I will have other plumbing work down the line, and I will go with Hardie Plumbing. Very Satisfied

Jeff came out on a weekend to diagnose my well issue, had the parts on hand to fix it the same day and I had water back in no time. Great price too! I highly recommend Hardie Plumbing.

My faucet went from a drip to a run in a day. I was told by another plumbing company (Seattle) that the cartridge was stuck so they'd have to replace the entire valve. I called and spoke to Candace, sent her some pictures, and Jeff came out the following day. Because of their expertise, they were able to replace the cartridge. Apparently not a lot of plumbers are aware of special tools needed to fix this type of job, but Hardie Plumbing knew, repaired the leak quickly, and saved me quite a bit of money in the process. Highly recommended. Save yourself some time and make this your first call!

Candace bugged me to leave a review so here it is…highly recommend Hardie Plumbing! Josh did a great job installing a new well pump for us at our Summit Lake house and Candace has been great to work with over the phone. Will definitely call them with any other plumbing issues we might have.

I'm very pleased with the service I was provided by Jeff with Hardie Plumbing. He responded quickly to my call for an estimate on my low water pressure issue and well pump running constantly. We discussed a few things in advance to look for to speed up the diagnosis process before he arrived. We have a few issues going on with our new home regarding plumbing. Jeff was very informative and not only fixed my issues but showed me what he was replacing along with the the reason behind it in laymans terms. He was very thorough, friendly, and respectful. I have a few other upcoming repairs planned and would defineatly use Hardie Plumbing as my number one source for all my future plumbing needs.

Hardie Plumbing has done a couple of jobs for me. They installed a tankless water heater system and plumbed my shop for high pressure compressed air. Both projects done promptly and professionally. Prices were reasonable and the crew was a pleasure to work with. They will be doing more projects for me in the future. I would recommend them to anyone. BTW, Candace in the office is a sweetheart and always on top of the projects keeping me informed all the way through. Bob

Jeff & team are still the best. I've contacted them twice now & both times were quick, efficient, super friendly & great pricing. Knowing who they are & how they work makes me reassured & comfortable knowing they can fix any and all plumbing needs when they arise.

The office woman is super helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to arrange service with a very quick turn around, especially considering how busy all the plumbers are right now (right after a big freeze).
The plumber knew what the problem was just from the preliminary questions asked and pictures we provided. He arrived with the right part needed for the job and was done very quickly.

The prices were good too!

I hope to never need their services again, but if I ever do have more plumbing issues, I know who to contact!

We had an issue with our well that caused the element on our water heater to fail. I asked some friends for names of anyone they knew or used and both had recently had a great experience with Hardie’s. I called them and Candace was quick to respond and set something up. It’s been along time since I’ve worked with a business that communicates so well. Candace made sure to keep me informed on what they were doing to find the part we needed and getting us scheduled for the fix. Jeff came out and fixed the issue the next day! I have hot water again and they even took the time to explain to me some of the things they noted when on the job. I 100% recommend them and will be calling them in the future for additional work!

Hardie plumbing helped me in a moment of stress! Any homeowner would freak out if they start seeing water leaking from a ceiling light. I called multiple plumbers on Labor Day and the owner of Hardie plumbing ended up calling me back reassuring me that the situation wasn’t as bad as I thought. The next morning at 0800 they showed up and quickly solved where the leak was coming from and fixed the problem. They were very flexible with cost which I am very appreciative for. After about a week, my wife noticed a leak coming from the same location. I was out in the field so I called immediately and got a quick response! They were able to come back out and solve the problem free of cost. Additionally Mr. Hardie helped fix our bath tub heating and cooling problem. I would choose this plumbing company for any and all my plumbing issues. As a service member nothing matters more than my families well-being and Hardie Plumbing reassured me that we would be taken care of. Thank you!!!!

Jeff and his wife came by in our time of need on a Sunday. Our kitty unfortunately for her, got stuck behind the water heater. He was so kind and understanding and came within a few hours. They took a quick look at our stuff and gave us some peace and helped ignite to get us to have some HOT water in these chilly times!

Hardie plumbing responded quickly over the weekend to repair a leaking pipe in our home. Very professional, responsive and knowledgeable. If your looking for a great plumber, Jeff is your guy!

I am very impressed with Hardie plumbing. Candice called me on a Sunday! She set up an early Monday visit, assuring me a new tank would be there. Her commincation was excellent. I thought I needed a new hot water tank but Jeff was honest with me and simply repaired my current tank. Very efficient and friendly. Two big thumbs up for this quality team. I will definitely be using team Hardie for all my future plumbing needs.

This review is way overdue. I can’t say enough about Jeff and his crew including Candace in the office. We have had Jeff do four jobs for us after buying our home. All of the jobs were done with a very high standard of quality, but this is not what sets Hardie Plumbing apart. What sets them apart is their care, consideration, respect, and genuine kindness. My water heater died on a Sunday with water through my garage. 😖 Many companies closed & some couldn't come until next day. But within the hour Hardie Plumbing was on the job! The crew's professionalism & the integrity of their work is outstanding!
