I called up to get information about repairing an older whirlpool tub and leaned in the call that repair was not feasible for very concrete reasons. I appreciated the time and advice even though I could not be a paying customer!

I am looking to build a pool in my backyard, so I called Watermill. Turns out they don't install pools, but Bill went above and beyond to answer any questions I had about pool systems and pointed me in a few good directions in how to go about building a pool. I really appreciated his time and will look to work with them in the future.

Fantastic experience and customer service. Purchased a spa at the Home Show in Kirkland from Dan. After talking with multiple spa sales people, Dan was the most knowledgable and helpful. Additionally, better quality spa compared to everyone else. No pressure from Dan or Sai.

They ended up building a wood platform at an extra cost for the spa to get it level. The workmanship was spot on.

After getting the spa ready, Dan even took a phone call from me what sounded like he was at his kid's game to help walk me through it.

I'd definitely buy again from them.

I called them with a problem with our pool heater and they were able to help this novice pool owner over the phone. I had spoken with two other companies but this was the only company that gave me tips over the phone and I was actually able to get things going myself. I was more than happy to hire them but they gave me advice such that this time, I didn't even need to. You can believe that I will definitely hire them in the future!

Phil was amazing!! I called with questions on a used hot tub I acquired. He gave me great advice on how to set the pump up properly, and how to look for leaks. He even offered to test the water at no charge, if I brought a sample over. So nice and extremely helpful. I will use him for any of my future hot tub maintenance.

I gotta give a 5 star shout out to The Watermill. The Watermill is a business which is unerringly helpful. I have turned to them over the years for help with hot tub questions , concerns, and repairs. The Watermill meets my needs and exceeds them. They have provided me not only with lasting repairs to my hot tub, but free water testing services and education on how to maintain my hot tub.
