If I could give 10 I would! Shawn is amazing. He is a meticulous problem solver who has met (and exceeded) every challenge I have brought him. He leaves the place cleaner than he found it! Shawn is my GO TO electrician. I will never use anyone else and neither should YOU!

Shawn is very thorough in his work. He installed a new breaker box for me so we could put in a tankless water heater. His work was quick, he was friendly, and there have never been any problems.

I've known Shawn for 6 years. He is extremely knowledgeable and kind. He helped figure out within minutes that my electric wires were crossed in my bathroom when our home inspector missed it. I always will recommend his services anytime someone asks for the best electrician around.

Emergency at my house, no water!

Shawn is a one man mobile shop. He said he has 20 years experience. He did his magic, located the problem and quickly had my well temporarily fixed.

I walked him thru my property and explained all that I needed done. We agreed I needed to make it all legal, safe and pretty. It’s gonna cost me a pretty penny. My first concerns are coming in as budgeted and passing inspection the first time. I’ll update you in a month, with pictures, but I’m confident going with Shawn is the right thing to do!

Shawn did excellent work wiring my new detached garage. I wanted numerous outlets installed, lights, and other custom features, and he got the work done on time and was meticulous in his craft. He also installed an RV outlet at the house and wired the house for a home generator. Shawn was a pleasure to work with.

Highly recommend! Shawn replaced LED strip accent lights in my home. It was a major job! He also fixed a bad outlet, checked my floor heat issue and disconnected electricity from old hot tub. From start to finish, he was professional and communicated every step of the way. I never had to wonder when my job would be done. The process was seamless. Great attention was taken to protect my floors from ladders and foot traffic and respect my home. I was not happy with the color of the lights and new lights were ordered and reinstalled without issue. I feel Shawn's attention to detail is unmatched. I wouldn't hesitate to call Amped Up Electric again and would highly recommend to anyone needing residential electric service.

Shawn has worked on several projects for us including installing high up outlets for security cameras, installing a plug for a level 2 EV charger, and adding a dedicated circuit for a heater in our finished and insulated garage. He is always very professional, punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. He is great about explaining different options and providing quotes for each. He is meticulous and is also great about pointing out potential issues he comes across (discolored wire due to heat, for example). I can't recommend Shawn enough and we are very grateful he was recommended to us (thanks JP!). Looking forward to working with him again on our kitchen remodel in the future.

I have used Shawn on multiple projects at my main house in Steilacoom and my Beach Cabin in Longbranch. At the cabin he rewired us for a stove and microwave replacement, installed a panel interlock for our auxiliary generator, wired a new add on work shed, replaced our old walking path lights, upgraded us from 200 to 400 amp service, installed a Ford Charge Station Pro - 80 amp (FCSP) for our Lightning, ran power to a new panel at the top of the property for a future garage/shop while making extra charging receptacles for 220 availability for our other EV friends who visit. At our Steilacoom home he installed our first 80 amp FCSP just after we purchased the Lightning in 2022, and wired a newly installed sump pump and installed lights in our crawl space.
