Thomas, the owner did a wonderful job of replacing a shower valve in our bath. The valve needed a total replacement so he had to desolder and resolder a new valve in. Took 5 hours to get our shower back. Kairos plumbing is the best and it's locally owned and operated in Yelm.

Kairos Construction updated our kitchen with countertops and a new tile backsplash. They were so helpful and timely. We love it!! Just the refresh we were looking for! We will definitely be using them for future home updates.

James and his subcontractors did an amazing job on our kitchen remodel. He clearly outlined costs in his bid, both what was included and what wasn't. He hit the timeline for completion of work and stood by his work by taking care of the minor problem that did come up. We now have a beautiful new kitchen and already have Kairos Construction scheduled to do some additional work this winter in our basement. We could not be happier.

Kairos has done a great job finishing multiple projects for us on time and in budget. They also have great subs that work with integrity. We will be life long customers

Kairos was AMAZING for our remodel! We did a whole house remodel. The quality of their work is great! Matt was very communicative as our project manager. They weee very timely and stayed within the budget! We would highly recommend them!!! Also- a shout out to Hannah (one of their designers)- couldn’t have done it without her!

Home projects are stressful for many reasons, and the Kairos team was professional, easy to work with, and we felt safe having them in our home which was especially important with young kids around. Our assigned Project Manager, Matt, was exceptional and quick to jump in and resolve any questions/ concerns that came up; an overall pleasure to have around.

We are so happy with the quality of work Kairos Construction team has done. James and his team are amazing, especially his project manager Matt and sub contractors and his designer Kristina. Our project included an addition (upper and lower level), all new floors and siding and roofing, glass deck railing, new modern front entry remodel and fireplace. It took months as predicted and we were kept informed every step of the way. His knowledge of construction is incredible. We looked at options but once we met James and saw his award winning projects we chose him. He stayed on budget and if there were any variations we were informed early on. Thank you also Matt for coming and checking on us continually! You put us at ease. We will always use Kairos for future projects and will gladly refer them to our family and friends.
