Luke Spillman did a fantastic job. He called me and said he was running about an hour early and if I would be interested in moving my appointment up. Then he did a great job of letting me know what applications he would be using and asked if I had any questions. And after he was done he again explained what he did and if I had questions. Outstanding customer service.

Shane was super thorough, personable, and friendly. He covered every nook and cranny from the foundation to the eaves and rafters. He also rebaited all of the rodent traps. He's the best technician we've had so far!Highly recommended!

I would like to compliment Beau for his excellent explanation of the products used to deal with the pest issues in my home and garage. I was especially pleased that previous efforts were working to minimize the mice in my garage. I’m very happy with this service and will continue to use it for the foreseeable future.

Chelsea was great. Have had ECOSHIELD doing our extermination for about 3 years, ants have mainly disappeared with their quarterly maintenance appointments, so much so no longer coming inside the house, fleas, wasp nests and termites too!. 5 stars!

I had Mr. Pete Simon come out today for a house inspection. He was very professional and courteous also very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Mr. Simon did a outstanding job and explained everything to me. We have been very happy with Ecoshield people.

Ian is my tech for Eco Shield Pest control- he’s so nice. Very efficient. Asks if there are any additional areas to treat. Very thorough. I’m pleased with this company.

Brendan did an excellent job and explained everything he did in detail to resolve our issues. Recommended additional products he didn't have with him and volunteered to deliver them to us at no charge...how many companies do that? They are always on time and are excellent at communicating. Very happy with service and would gladly recommend Brendan and EcoShield Pest Solutions.

Ecoshield has been great to work with. Luke Spillman, technician, is communicative and efficient. He shows up on time and gives me a good recap of everything he's done. I feel more confident about keeping the rodents and bugs away!

Pete was amazing! I explained to Pete about my concerns with the potential findings underneath the house. He was very thorough with his inspection and took pictures of everything that may have been problematic. My inspection passed with flying colors with no concerns, which brought me great relief. I gave 5 stars to Corbin L, because he was professional and very helpful. He was able to complete the work and he went over and above. I was out at the morning time from my home and Corbin was at outside of house at the time and I requested to please come little bit later at my property and when I'm at my home. He quickly understand and he said no problem. I truly appreciate corbin's flexibility.He is definitely the best technician. Thank you so much Corbin once again.

Joseph Zino, came in and accessed my ant issue. We discussed my treatment options as I was concerned with the holidays and entertaining this time of year in my kitchen. Joseph was very informative, courteous, and professional. We switched to EcoShield from our previous pest company and we are not
disappointed.

EcoShield Technician arrived at our home during the time we planned. He was very nice. He answered my husbands questions. And did a great job spraying the outside of our house. We are happy with this company and will continue to use their services.

Corbin Lyons arrived at our home this morning as previously scheduled and introduced himself before asking if we had any specific or special requests. He treated all 3 structures on our property in a professional manner and was very thorough.

While working on rejuvenating our duct work in our crawl space we found signs of recent rodent activity. We contacted Eco Shield who we have a contract with for regularly scheduled pest control service. They sent out an inspector to check for vulnerable areas where rodents and other pests can access our home through the crawl space.

Jeff performed a comprehensive inspection of our crawl space and took several photos. He then went over everything he found and proposed possible solutions. I was very impressed with the way Jeff interacted with my elderly father.

A three person team showed up on the day scheduled for our Extrusion Service and got right to work. They addressed trenching, where pests were able to dig under the foundation, they fixed access points discovered around failing crawl space vents, removed the old vapor barrier, and installed a new vapor barrier. They also created a new screen door for the crawl space opening.

Later I noticed some openings that were not addressed. When I called Eco Shield to ask if these openings were not covered because they didn’t access the exterior of the home they contacted their contractor who confirmed what I’d thought. I was fine with their response, but Raul insisted on coming back to close those internal openings for our peace of mind. He did an amazing job and I’m very pleased with the service provided.

Tanner was great, he’s thorough and informative. I highly recommend and appreciate his work ethic, would like to have him back for the next quarterly visit. Thank you!

sometimes with the services, you can feel uncomfortable with a stranger on your property. This gentleman immediately made me feel at ease when my dogs were not easy to secure. He was friendly, made great eye contact, and was very efficient at his job.

Jeremiah Johnson did a thorough job on all of our buildings, cleaning the eaves of spider webs, wasp nests, and other organic detritus. He was polite, kind and very patient in communicating what he was about to do. He was very clear on what was needed to keep the job safe for our three dogs. When the job was complete he left our home site better than he found it. We are so looking forward to the results of his efforts.
He and Camden communicated well between themselves to making their presence in and out of our home seamless.
