Great services, and great crew, would hire them again

The team did a fantastic job clearing a fruit tree and some bushes from our backyard. They even managed to protect a precariously placed berry plant. Our yard is now cleared and ready for summer.
Highly recommend. Very reasonably priced and was able to get a quote and appointment within a week of initial contact.

Forest tree service did an amazing job trimming our huge silver maple. There were huge limbs hanging over our house. They cleaned up the tree and made it safe in our yard again. Their prices are unbeatable and they cleaned up all the debris.

Victor and his crew did an awesome job. They cut down 7 trees for us for a VERY reasonable price. They were pretty big trees and near our house. They communicated well with us from the very start. They even went above and beyond doing a few extra things in the end for our benefit. The crew was very nice and I would for sure recommend them to anyone! If/when we need more work in the future, I will be contacting them again. :) Thank you guys!!

They came to cut down 2 of these corkscrew willows that were too close to the foundation and they did so in a timely manner! Their price was the best quote I got. Thank you for your hard work!

I've had Forest Tree Service LLC do work before. Victor did an excellent job. This time it was a much bigger job. The bid he gave me was unbeatable. They got it down quickly, safely in a short time. The area was completely cleaned up afterwards. Victor and his wife are the nicest, kindest people too. I highly recommend his professional work and ethics. I give them 5 stars all day!! Amazing work and great detail. Had 4 tall trees slanting towards neighbors fence. They removed all and shredded in two hours. Highly recommend.

Muy buena la berda

This pains me to write this, but it needs to be done. I hired Forest Tree Service LLC to come and take care of an old apple tree for my grandparents. I sent pictures and said I needed it all hauled away along with site clean up. Victors response was $700 and he can be out next week. Sounded great, told him to please send me the estimate to my email. I never received one, but figured I’ll get an invoice at the end of the job since everything we discussed was already in writing.

Mind you, I’ve already gotten a few estimates at this point and all have said the same amount but Victor was quick to respond, they’re a small biz such as myself and I got a good feeling from him.

They came out, hauled away the top part of the tree and was going to leave the rest (stump and trunk). When I questioned as to if they were done for the day and coming back to clean up the rest tomorrow, I got met with an attitude saying it’s going to be an extra $150 charge and that the trunk and stump weren’t apart of the bid and that I should of just known that.
I responded with, money isn’t the issue here but from our conversation they were supposed take the entire tree and haul it away as discussed. I showed her the pictures and conversation Victor and I exchanged, meanwhile he’s in the back ground huffing and puffing making snide remarks under his breath as if I couldn’t hear.

The woman I was speaking with had suggested I post the wood for free on Facebook and take care of it that way.. I’m sorry, I’m not going to have random people come to my grandparents house to pick up wood that I thought I was paying a company to take care of. Eventually they not so happily agreed to come back and pick up the wood the next day.

Next day arrives, they come and pick up the trunk of the tree but are leaving the stump. She told me they were done and when I asked about the stump, she goes “oh no, that’s an extra charge. I’ll have to rent a chipper and we’ll have to come back another time.”

I gave up, I’m done arguing. I paid them the $700 and said next time to please be more specific or send over a detailed estimate before showing up on site. Such a disappointing experience. Communication does wonders. Now my grandparents have this random stump in their yard that I have no idea what to do with.
