Used this company 1 time. They messed up my order and took few employees assustance to figure out that they messed up. had customer without heat fir week! Never will I use this Walmart version of electrical supply "company"

Ya know I'm trying to be polite I'm only hurting this business more. This entire branch needs to invest heavily in training. This is the only electrical supply house in the Lynnwood area and it is worth it to drive 15 minutes further to Platt every time as each employee seems to have zero clue about anything electrical. I've ordered EMT parts and gotten PVC parts, I've ordered PVC parts and gotten Flex parts, I've ordered connectors and gotten couplings. I've had to show almost every employee there pictures of the most basic electrical materials. I've had employees argue with me about specific materials and what they are used for when they absolutely could not be more wrong. Please for the love of all electricians who have a lot of work in Lynnwood, TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES ON BASIC ELECTRICAL
