Shane is truly a saint. We had an absolutely horrific plumbing situation in our crawl space due to negligence by the previous owner. Shane went above and beyond to re-plumb our entire crawl space in very gross conditions (imagine the worst smell you can think of, then double it - that’s what Shane crawled through to fix our plumbing) at an incredibly reasonable price. This is not the first time we’ve worked with him and we keep coming back because he is always responsive, friendly, a pleasure to work with, and most importantly does impeccable work. Would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you, Shane!

Update 2: I would give 100 stars if I could. Shane and his team came to replace a water heater and install a toilet. Not only was the team super quick (like lighting quick!), knowledgeable about what they were doing and super nice and professional - but the whole thing was reasonably priced. They also noticed a defect in the water heater I purchased and offered to come back and swap it out with a new one once I get it. This team is great! I can’t even express how awesome Shane and his team are. Call them - you won’t be disappointed!

I spoke with Shane after a pipe burst in our house. He answered the call directly and was very personable and easy to work with. He worked on adjusting his schedule to find a way to come assist as quickly as possible, even as early as the same day.

Before we were able to schedule with Shane however, our landlords sent a different plumber to come out to help. Even though we didn't ultimately work with him, Shane's quality communication and flexibility made a lasting impression!

Shane was great to work with. We called him for a slow leak beneath our bathroom sink and he suggested replacing the valves. The next day, we found that there was still a bit of moisture under the sink, and he came back two more times to make sure that the work was done right. Would not hesitate to recommend him. Shane was very professional, courteous, and effective in fixing our clogged kitchen drain pipe. From the first call (randomly selected on web site), he was polite, helpful and came out the same day. He expertly diagnosed the problem and I watched as he went through the processes to fix the occluded drain. He was very respectful of our home and completely cleaned everything up before he left. He answered all my questions (many) and helped me understand what he was doing and why. I highly recommend him! Larry

Replaced all 4 toilets in my home and Professional Plumbing handled 3 of them. Very respectful service, easy scheduling and honest pricing. Cody and Terrance completed the work and I am extremely happy with the results. Really appreciate Cody not making feel like an idiot for mistaking the rough-in measurements for some of the units - no judgement, just good advice and easy rescheduling. Would recommend this company and hope I have the chance to work with them again.

Professional Plumbing was recommended to me, and they did a great job! On a Sunday morning, my sewer backed up, and they were able to come out to my house within 2 hours and were quick and efficient. I would recommend them to you, as well!

Washing machine drain was blocked. When the spin cycle started, water sprayed all over the garage. Called Professional Plumbing early Friday evening. They were able to come out Saturday morning and got the drain cleared for us. Very good, very prompt and VERY appreciated service. Highly recommended!

Emergency service as our main line was backed up into the house. Shane came out while it was snowing around 930pm to help us out. Knowledgeable, great personality and loves what he does! Recommended!

Professional and quick to respond! We had put in a new kitchen sink and needed some plumbing done underneath the sink to accommodate new. And install new faucet. Re hook up dishwasher and garbage disposal. Excellent work in a very timely manner. Definitely keeping Shane’s number in my contacts!

Shane is literally my new super hero now. I had a flat tire in the rain with my kids & he came out of heaven driving up on me & changed my flat tire & gave me his plumbing information in which I used because I had a broken sewer, a leaking or semi burst water line & was given outrageous quotes & he beat other competitors quotes & plumbed in high quality plumbing!

I called Professional Plumbing when we needed to replace our water heater on short notice. One thing that stood out to me were the clear and proactive communications from Shane and his team - I really appreciated that he was upfront about the work and pricing, on top of responding and scheduling the work so quickly. When the unit initially had problems, the crew came back to fix the issue for good. I plan to reach out to Professional Plumbing again for future work!

Shane has helped us out a couple times now, once for a faucet installation, another time for emergency pipe repair. On each occasion Shane has done great work, been very responsive and courteous, fits us into his schedule promptly, and is a super friendly guy. Can’t recommend him enough!

I have just moved into a house and discovered a substantial water leak in the crawlspace. We couldn’t figure out where it’s coming from. It caused significant damage in the crawlspace. You can only imagine the stress, it literally kept me up at night. I looked online for a plumber who would be honest, communicative, and transparent and fair with pricing. I found people highly recommending Shane. Not only did he answermy call and was able to see me quickly - he promptly found the issue and fixed it on the spot the same day! The crawl space was really nasty, it pains me to say, but Shane was understanding and never complained. I am also a very curious person and was interested in the project and Shane walked me through everything he was doing. You can tell he really enjoys his work and has a lot of pride in his workmanship. While he was at the property he found the time to fix a leaking yard spigot as well. I’m so relieved that this horrible leak stopped, I can finally sleep at night. I highly recommend him!

Professional plumbing/Shane was so great! I actually approached him in a plumbing supply store parking lot asking him for advise. And just by getting a sense of his professionalism and demeanor and knowledge I just said hey can you please come over and put in a shower valve for me. And thats Exactly what he did in less than a few days he came over and looked at it spent another day rounding up the correct parts always keeping in touch updating me on what he was doing to help me. Then he showed up and installed the shower valve. I’m sure he had other clients but somehow he managed to schedule me in and get mine done in such a timely manner that now my shower is back on track to being finished. I couldn’t be more pleased or happy with a plumbing company. Thanks again!

Professional Plumbing is the best! Responded quickly to burst water pipes in garage attic. Came out late Sunday night and replaced all with updated Pex tubing. It had burst and frozen in more than one place. Shane is very responsive and knows his stuff! He has also installed a new outdoor spigot that was leaking in the past! He is our go-to guy!

We were referred to Shane by our good friends when a pipe in our basement started leaking. Shane came over a few hours later and repaired (and upgraded) the section perfectly in record time. Very nice and responsive, look forward to working with him again in the future!

Tl;dr: Shane completed a very difficult toilet installation without ever losing his great attitude. He's unstoppable!

I contacted him to replace a rear-outlet, low-efficiency toilet in the master bath of my condo unit with a high-efficiency unit. Rear outlet toilets are not very common and notoriously difficult to replace, which is probably why the old toilet was from the original mid-90s construction.

Shane managed to figure out the exact toilet I needed by referencing some pictures I sent. He went with the pressure-assist model, which provides a much more reliable and faster flush in high-rise buildings like mine. The rough-in of the model he bought precisely matched the old toilet.

The installation was indeed difficult -- the job ended up taking about 3+ hours -- but Shane never flagged or seemed discouraged, and he never gave up. Even though the rough-ins were the same, the upper screws were slightly too low and the floor screws slightly too short (and not very secure looking anyway), but Shane managed to get the new toilet installed into the wall and glued it to the floor with strong silicone glue to keep it secure.

He maintained a great attitude throughout and tackled each problem as it came, even when, on top of everything else, the new toilet ended up having a faulty tank. He returned the next day with and installed a new tank which worked perfectly.

It's clear he works hard to do his best for his clients. Once the install was finished, he tidied up and took away the boxes and other packing trash, as well as the old toilet. His rate is reasonable, and he more than earned it!

Shane and his crew were relentless in completing my extremely challenging 350ft main line through rough terrain unlike the several other plumbers who ghosted me after seeing the difficulty of the project.
