We had a frozen pipe break. I called several plumbers and no one could come out. Regulators Plumbing happened to be in the neighborhood fixing another broken pipe. My neighbor asked them if they would fix mine and they were eager to help. I'm very thankful for their professionalism and for the speed in which they fixed the problem.

Jason with Regulator Plumbing was great. Arrived on time, diagnosed the leaking issues, and provided recommendations for the fix.

These guys on are on it like white on rice. We made the call, they give us an estimate right away at a fair price, and they installed things the next day. We had a toilet replaced and it was probably the best experience we could have had dealing with a new crapper. Give Jason and his crew a shot.

Had pipes bursting in the garage on a freezing winter day. Regulators fit me in the same day, allowing us to have water back in the home promptly. Their communication was superb across the board, from the first call to walking me through the job and providing tips to avoid similar issues in the future. Awesome company, awesome people!

Tenant called me in the morning saying that my rental house may have a leakage according the water company, but they couldn’t find any obvious leak. I’ve reached out multiple leak detection companies, they quoted me 450 to 600 bucks for a service call. Jason from Regulator plumbing LLC called me back and told me he could swing by at the end of the day free of charge due to my house is pretty close to where he works. He showed up on time and spent nearly a hour explaining my situation and checked all my toilets, sink, faucets, etc for any possible leak in my house. And found a possible leak that could cause my water meter running continuously. I really appreciate that. I highly recommend this plumbing company.

Jason was right on time, he knew what he was doing and the job didn't take all day. His tools were in buckets and he laid down a covering over my carpet. His price wa fair. I would definitely use Regulators Plumbing LLC again and will recommend his services.

Needed a toilet installed, and they replied promptly to my inquiry, scheduled the install for the next day, communicated well, showed up on time, and completed the install with no trouble whatsoever. Great experience, will definitely call Jason next time I have a plumbing issue.

Jason was awesome. Excellent communication before the visit, and during, giving me details all the way and informing me of what I needed to know. Had a cracked toilet replaced and 3 feeder lines.

An excellent experience. The whole area is dealing with burst pipes right now, so it's tough to get on a plumber's schedule. We didn't have an issue urgent as burst pipes, so it wasn't a big deal to wait a couple days for Regulators. He was able to give me a ballpark estimate on the phone and once they were here, they kept me abreast of each step of the fix so that I could attempt the work myself in the future. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve dealt with plumbers many times over the last 55yrs. Today was the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a plumbing company. Jason did everything he said he would do, when he said he would do it, at the exact amount he said he would charge and was very pleasant about it, too, as was his apprentice plumber son. I almost hope something else goes wrong with my plumbing so I can use them again.

Excellent work. Jason was able to replumb our kitchen sink properly. He saved us from having to cut into the wall to reconfigure the pipes. I would recommend him and will look to him for future plumbing needs.

We built a brand new ADU attached to our existing house and Regulators Plumbing LLC did all the plumbing work from start to finish. Jason went above and beyond!
