We had an excellent experience! We had our yard graded, filled with top soil and sprayed with hydroseed. Justin and his crew were so great to work with. They had excellent communication & work ethic. Would absolutely recommend their services!

His crew members are hard working and very dependable. They complete projects not only on time but on budget too! Their clean up is perfect and most of all the work is beautiful!!

This was a big project, over 1200 feet of fence and some of it through the woods on very uneven ground. Casey and crew made it all come together and the final product looks great. We asked for small changes and Casey obliged every time. We definitely recommend JIT Landscaping.

This company was quick to respond with a quote, easy online billing, and payment solutions, and so far, I've had great customer service. They accidentally mowed one of my mom's flowers on the side of the house, but they quickly replaced it! Super happy with their seasonal yard service and glad I found a company that's reliable, friendly and responsive!

I hired them to hydroseed my backyard and I’m very happy with the results. The crew was great and the process was very seamless from booking to completing the job. They showed up right on time and gave me detailed instructions on how to care for my lawn. Overall a great experience and I can’t wait to have them back to do another section of my property!

JIT landscaping did a great job building a retaining wall in our backyard. They were easy to communicate with, and I appreciated Justin’s expertise and attention to detail in planning out how best to carry out this project to support our eroding hillside and provide it with adequate drainage. The team worked quickly and efficiently, and always left the area clean.

I have used JIT Landscaping for my lawn service now for two years. They always do a great job. I have about an acre of lawn. I have mowed it and edged it myself in the past. I know exactly how much work it is. It's a ton of work.

Justin and his crew have worked at our home/property several times. Every time I am astonished at the thoroughness and beauty of the completed projects. If you are looking for someone to take care of your landscaping needs, you very honestly do not need to look further. Justin is on time, makes things look better than you can even imagine, communicates well, and when he completes a job - it is down to the last detail. There is no mess, no problems, and no worries. Furthermore, Justin knows what needs to be done; he has an eye for what looks good and really goes above and beyond to make things right. His crew is professional and so very hard working. They start - and keep working until it is finished. Jessica, who works in the office, is responsive and helps manage things so there is always someone to talk to if the need arises. Hired this company to build a fence across the front of my property. I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted, but the team showed up and presented several options. The completed job is far above my expectations. The crew was friendly and the work was completed in less time than quoted. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

JIT just completed a job at my house and I am more than pleased with the work completed. The job included tasks across both my neighbor’s yards. One of them has already added additional projects (concrete work) and all of us are very happy with the quality of the work. I had a minor issue which was immediately and graciously taken care of. Customer satisfaction is obviously one of their strong points! Both Justin and Jessica were great to deal with and the crew was hardworking and very professional. I have been in construction for years and know a great company when I see one. A Five star recommendation from me!

JIT Landscaping in McCleary has been a pleasure to work with. Can't say enough about how pleasant and professional Justin, Jessica, Nate and everyone who worked so hard on our yard was. The yard looks GREAT! Absolutely recommend them and will use them again (and again).
UPDATE Aug 2025: Finally decided in July to have JIT install a sprinkler system bec we couldn’t keep our yard green. Liam came over to discuss options, explain process and design the layout. Then Liam, Gilbert and crew worked very hard in our rocky soil to put the system in over 3 days. It works great! The yard has greened up and looks much, much healthier. Liam stopped by several times to make adjustments and even replaced heads to get everything at peak performance. We couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend JIT.

They are very professional and Jessica Young was quick to respond to inquiries and so easy to work with! Their work is impeccable And quality is top notch. No wonder they were voted best in 2025!

I own a property near the coast, and over the years, I’ve worked with various local companies to complete different tasks. Unfortunately, many of these projects fell short of expectations, often delivering subpar craftsmanship and inconsistent results. Recently, however, a friend of mine hired JIT for a project of their own, and they couldn’t stop praising the experience. They described working with JIT as a breath of fresh air—professional, reliable, and delivering high-quality work from start to finish.

Based on the personal recommendation, I decided to give JIT a try for my latest project. From the initial consultation to the final touches, their team exceeded my expectations at every step. They were attentive to detail, transparent in their communication, and most importantly, delivered on their promises. It's a relief to finally find a company that values quality and customer satisfaction as much as I do.

When I move away I plan to keep the rental unit and will continue to use JIT for future needs.

Cory was out with the design team and we told him how one of our lights fell. We were worried the other might fall and we couldn’t reach it. He went and got our ladder, climbed up and tightened it for us. I call that great service, above (literally) and beyond.

JIT and team did an excellent job removing several large trees and planted a couple of trees in return. They were punctual, and very conscious of any mess, taking the time to put boards down so not to leave a mess. They asked about future projects and how they could assist in those. Overall, the JIT team did a great job and didn't charge an arm and a leg to get it done. I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Our fence was knocked down in one of the last storms.
The office manager (Jessica) was helpful, kind and easy to work with. The crew that came out to assess and estimate was friendly and reasonably priced. Can’t wait to see the finished product!
