Just had Mena come by today, my dryer was in pieces in minutes, the problem was diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour! Will absolutely be using yall again if we need any repairs!

I chose this company to fix my dryer because they had many strong reviews and they had expertise in Samsung appliances. Communication was excellent with very fast responses via email and texts. Was able to make a same day appt. Mena was very professional and friendly. He took great care and even did unexpected extras like vacuuming out my dryer and popping out a large dent that has been in the top of my dryer for years. He was quick and thorough and I felt the price was fair. Highly recommend!

Mena from BeTech repaired our range oven for us. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue worked with our home warranty company to make sure it was replaced and in good working order. Very professional and courteous!

We had a microwave issue so we called for service. The response and appointment time was very quick. Mena from the tech team came, and fixed the issue within couple of minutes without any misleading or exorbhitant charges. Would highly recommend them.

What a relief to have a working dryer!

Mena was very professional and respectful of my home (and sleeping baby).

I super appreciated the scheduling coordinator squeezing me in so quickly. He/she was also very professional and responsive.

My only complaint is that I was charged $50 to have a handful of lint swept up from the bottom of my dryer. I would have paid a lot of money to have my dryer fixed this quickly (if it wasn’t covered by warranty) but this just felt a little shady.

This is our second experience with Be Tech. We needed to replace our wall oven. They scheduled the replacement very quickly. Mena, the repair person, came the next day, installed the new oven, and hauled away the old one. As alway, very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Really happy with his service. Definitely will recommend Be Tech to family and friends.

We have had two recent experiences with Be Tech and could not be happier. Mena was a wizard with our Speed Queen w/d, diagnosing the problem, ordering the part, also arriving on time and was courteous and patient. Even if you have to wait for an appointment, Be Tech is worth it. Hope we don't have anymore problems, but if we do, we know who to call!

Fantastic experience with service today by Mena. He was prompt, very courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem with our built in Microwave and implemented a great repair. I had a warranty issue on my gas range and Be Tech was sent out fot service. Mena, the service technician was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He took his time checking every detail and found the problem. I could see he took pride in his job. I would say he went over and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Be Tech for your appliance needs. You will not be disappointed!

Mena is a very amicable repair tech. He gave me a heads up before his arrival and got there before me but waited until I got there. He is so kind and was able to fix our washer in a timely manner. Very personable, and some people in this field are a bit gruff and moody and tend to make you feel like you are putting them out. This is not the experience I with which I was graced. I will definitely keep their business card for the future!

I recently had a great experience with Be Tech Appliance Repair and would definitely recommend their services. The tech, Mena, arrived during the scheduled time window, brought his own protective booties to keep my house clean, and put a plastic sheet under the oven when moving it to keep from damaging my hardwood floors. He quickly diagnosed my oven issue the first time he came out, ordered the new filament, then came back and replaced the part very quickly. The tech was very polite and professional during the repair process. I cannot speak on their pricing since the cost was fixed by my home warranty coverage policy.

Mena was on time, very polite, and super knowledgeable. He jumped right into diagnosing the issue and repaired it right away. We were lucky that Mena had the two exact parts we needed e.g. a control panel and motherboard on-hand which saved us a 3-week or more delay in having to order them. We really like our Sharp Drawer microwave and are grateful for the service!!

Mena was amazing - he fixed the broken microwave door seamlessly. Clearly communicated the the life of microwave door left and when it should be replaced as well. Would highly recommend for any appliances that need to be repaired

My experience with Mena was a 10/10 and I will definitely be recommending Be Tech Appliance Repair to anyone who needs it. My range broke only 5 months after purchase and it was a quick diagnosis, the parts came in within a week, and then I was immediately rescheduled for repair.
I live in a rural area and was worried about being able to get quick service, but that wasn't at all an issue.
My range was fully fixed and tested for functionality within the hour of him arriving despite it being a trickier appliance to repair. I can officially get back to cooking thanks to Mena!

Mena was amazing!!! He troubleshot and fixed my non-draining, only 3-year-old dishwasher in under an hour and was so pleasant and focused throughout. Mena has a real can-do kind of attitude and is THE OPPOSITE of the usual prima donna punk technician who claims to know it all but somehow still can't fix your appliance. My cat Snickers instantly fell in love with him and hung out with and "on" Mena while he was working. Thank you, Mena! Snickers rates him 5 paws!!
