Fantastic experience. Great communication up to my appointment. Arrived on time and the project was completed quickly with very high quality and attention to detail. They replaced the water heater and also upgraded some water shut off valves that I was concerned about. Highly recommended. ProMax replaced a section of my home's sewer discharge line that was cracked and leaking into the crawlspace. I was pleased with the quality of the work, their level of professionalism and price.

Initially, I had gotten a quote from Day and Nite plumbing to do the repair. But not only did Day and Nite charge an arm and a leg just to do the quote, but their quote price was really high. In contrast, ProMax didn't charge to come on site and do the quote, and their quote was less than half of Day and Nite's. Not only that, but they got the repair job done in only half a day's work, rather than the full day they initially estimated.

I will definitely be calling ProMax for any future plumbing repairs!

I called Evan to help me with a project where the customer needed a angle stop and fridge water line installed. He was able to fit me in his schedule get the job done when I needed. Communication was Awesome and his work was very professional. Evan and Owen came in and knocked out the project very efficiently.

His craftsmanship and conduct were verily of the highest order, marked by an unwavering adherence to fairness and equity in all dealings. The pricing, most commendably, strayed not a whit from the initial covenant, with nary a thought of overcharge or excess. I do most heartily bestow upon him the highest recommendation, for his work is nigh peerless!

We bought a house with an old sewage ejector pump that we wanted replaced. Via email and some pictures Evan was able to determine what was the best option in dealing with it and gave us an estimate. He was very easy to communicate with via email and text. The day of the install/replacement I had noticed a wet area under our tankless heater. While Evan was there he took care of that for us as well. Evan is easy to talk to, great at explaining things and kept the work area clean. We will definitely be using him again for other plumbing needs.

It was time to replace our water heater and we got a few bids. Evan with Pro Max was by far the best bid as well as the best warranty. They worked efficiently and finished well on time. The work was carried out meticulously and everything was left clean. Also I'm on the 3rd floor. Promax is friendly, conscientious, and has expert knowledge and experience. Their work is super and I recommend them very highly.

Todd and Evan worked with me to solve an issue of slow hot water delivery to faucets distant from my hot water tank. Evan installed a recirculating pump and pair of bypass valves which solve the problem perfectly. Fast clean work. I couldn't be more pleased with the result.
