Paul has been our go-to person on all our HVAC system issues we’ve had in the past. He is responsive, punctual, professional and greatly knowledgeable in all aspects of his job. All our issues were promptly fixed and we were left happy and thankful for such great quality of work.

Paul was great! Very friendly and helpful! Signed up for maintenance plan, educated me on duct cleaning, and scheduled the appointment for me on the spot! If you feel customer service is no longer a priority, here's where you can find it! 100% satisfied! This is a great company!

Paul was fast to respond to an emergency issue, identified three problem, and got the new equipment installed fast. It was not an easy fix due to very poor installation of the original equipment. Paul got it done right and was very fair in his pricing. I very highly recommend this company.

Called Paul late morning on Friday just before our 100 deg+ heat wave about our air conditioning not keeping up. During their busiest time of the summer he made time to come out on Saturday to add some Freon (we obviously have a leak somewhere) to our system to get it cooling down again. Here it is Sunday, the temp is 103 out, and it’s a cool 71 in our house. We are definitely going to have them out after the rush of summer to have them do a full service and find out where the Freon is going on our system that’s only 4 years old.

Paul really saved the day for us. I had a problem with a mini split unit, and couldn't find anyone to come out and fix it. Contacted Paul at Columbia Basin Heating and Cooling, and he came out right way and worked hard until the perplexing problem was solved. He got out unit working, and it was nearly 100 degrees out, so it really was a life saver for us. Thank you Paul and CBH&C, I really appreciate the fast, professional service1

Our air conditioning went out and my husband was able to diagnose that it was an a/c capacitor. No where in town had the part we needed. We went to order and it would be days until the part arrived. We called Columbia Basin and Paul sold us the part that night. To say we were grateful is an understatement.
My husband replaced the part and found a faulty wire. The next day Paul came out and fixed it and got our a/c up and running. He was very professional and had great customer service. We would recommend to anyone!!

My Air Conditioner went out during our hot summer. He came out immediately to take a look. The system was old with issues! He fixed it to get us through the week, while we waited for the new system he recommended for my house. His prices are extremely reasonable and his service is top notch.
