The entire company is extremely friendly and professional. Bob came out within just an hour or two of the initial call. He was great. He showed and explained to me what the issue was and what the resolution would be. He knew we needed a quick turnaround, so he took down all the information, so an estimator didn't need to come out. Clay and Garrett just finished installing a new heating system for me and talked me through how everything works now. I'm a very happy customer!

Our furnace died and the heat pump, which works through it was also out of commission. Energy Works came out and diagnosed the problem. When parts took longer than I'd hoped, they called the supplier, got them to ship the part overnight (at no additional cost) and reworked their schedule to be able to do the repair the next day. Nathan was very thorough and got to the root cause of the problem. Kira was wonderful to work with on scheduling and she was excellent at follow up to let me know what was going on. It felt like working with a family business who really cared about you. Great people, great work. I highly recommend them.

Energy Works installed a Heat Pump for AC in our home recently. We are performing a major remodel in our home and Energy Works actually helped our contractor with relocating some of our vents and registers in our kitchen for the remodel because their HVAC Company was not available. Rich and his team came in and met with our contractor and gave tons of advice for no additional charges. We even added a surprise last minute job on them and they were happy to help us. This particular job was instrumental in our remodel and where our contractor said it might not be possible. Rich and his team were happy to help and for a very reasonable price. This job was the difference of an additional linen closet built into our bathroom. Rich and his friendly staff saved the day! Can not tell you how happy we are that we choose to work with Energy Works. We will tell everyone we know who needs a quality, professional and fair priced HVAC Company!

We strongly recommend Energy Works. We employed them to retrofit venting throughout our house, add central heat and air, and add a tank-less water heater with the necessary gas lines. They completed the project on time and without surprise budget increases - I'm not sure a homeowner could ask for much more. Rich spent the time coming out to our place on multiple occasions to develop a good plan for the job and give us a well thought out bid. Tompall led the install - he was there when he said he would be and the complex install was completed without issue. This is the third major home repair we've done and the first with Energy Works - and this is the only one to ever finish on time and at expected cost. We certainly recommend the Energy Works team.

We’ve had Energyworks out to our house three times and each time we’re so impressed at how friendly and professional they are. Their receptionist is also very friendly and they went out of her way help us get an appointment sooner when our mini splits weren’t blowing cold air during the heat wave.

The technician Riley was very knowledgeable, friendly and transparent about what the issue was. We went ahead with the repair and our mini splits have been working like a dream ever since!!

Energy works had a really great team that came together to install my Daikin heat pump. They were very professional and timely and stood by their product. We did have an issue with a rattle sound and they returned and did everything they could till it was corrected. You can trust that they will leave you a very happy customer. We also recommend the heat pump over any electric heating as it is far superior and for less cost. Worth the investment for comfort and environmental impact!

I had a really unusual issue come up years after Energy Works installed my ductless system. It took a lot of work on their part, but the team went above and beyond to get the problem resolved for me. They resolved a frustrating situation in a really positive way.

Five out of five star review for the team at Energy Works. They replaced our gas furnace with a heat pump. Rich handled the sales/selection of equipment, TomPaul lead the installation team. Outstanding service throughout: good listeners and clear explanations of work done and questions answered. Very clean, excellent attention to detail. The installation occurred in North Seattle the end of October '21 and has worked flawlessly now through the winter and now most of the spring (review written in early May). We have used Energy Works for our Furnace (Boiler Furnace) Maintenance for years. Energy Works is locally owned and is very responsive to our request for service or annual maintenance on our Furnace. I love the people at Energy Works! Everyone we had contact with was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. We initially hired them to inspect and do maintenance on our furnace, and ended up having them install two gas fireplace inserts. We plan to have them back to put in a new water heater and gas range. They were excellent at communicating with us,, and were always precisely on time! No waiting around all day for someone to show up with this company!

After spending over 2-hours helping us think through our options for new heating and possibly air conditioning, we agreed to a plan. It was cold and our old furnace had broken down. Within 2-days Mark, Garrett, and Lucas brought our new furnace and spent the day installing it, then testing it thoroughly. They were accommodating and also checked all our ducts to see that the heat was travelling right. All day they were open to questions and problem solving. I was reassured and felt great confidence in their quality of work. The outcome is amazing. Our older home is warm in the dead of winter like we have never had before. Thank you!

Energy Works was a great choice to replace my 30+ years old gas furnace! I got bids from three HVAC companies. The estimator from Energy Works spent the most time gathering information and answering my questions. And the options presented to me were more comprehensive, and reasonably priced.

The installation crew (Brian, Sid, and Christian) was friendly and professional. They protected my carpet from damage, and communicated what they were doing and what to expect. In addition, they performed a thorough cleanup at the end of the day.

Energy Works contacted me the next day to check on my satisfaction and see if I had any questions. My new furnace is a significant improvement over my old furnace in noise and efficiency. I am pleased to be a devoted customer of Energy Works and I recommend them highly.

Energy Works did an outstanding job on my new install of a complete Heat pump and ductwork system. I just want to add my review to many others who have been so thankful to find this company for their projects.
My wife and I own a small home in Boulevard Park in South Seattle and Rich's company just finished installing a new high-efficiency gas furnace with two air filters plus a heat pump to back it up. We were switching from an older oil system.
The crew consisting of Clay the lead and his workers Scott, John, Chris, Gabe, Nathan, and John worked so good together and with PSE and the inspector as they installed the gas service. They installed the furnace and all the gas piping, the electrical pieces of the project and the heat pump and were so very nice, helpful, and understanding to tell us everything they were doing.
I cannot tell you how my wife and I, in this day of so many companies letting you down, are so thankful we had Energy works do this project for us. It was a huge cost to us and we so needed it to be done well. They didn't let us down and for sure went so far beyond our expectations that we are thrilled.

Our experience with Energy Works was very professional, informative and gracious from start to finish. Ken Norton walked us through the different options/pros and cons for heat pump, new gas furnace, air conditioning. It’s complicated and because Ken is very knowledgeable with years of experience, we were able to make an informed decision. We decided on a new higher efficiency gas furnace which was the lesser expensive option but met our needs. So no high pressure selling by Ken! Kira our contact at the office was so gracious and as a first point of contact so important to our experience. Installation techs crew Marq, Clay, Lukas and Nathan were professional, efficient and kind. It takes skill and experience which we respect and value. An unexpected 3rd party part malfunction was taken care of by John, one of the owners, promptly dispatching Nathan. That’s how you know great service.

We had an outstanding experience with Energy Works and the people who work there. We encountered a problem with our 2-year-old mini-split system, which broke down during snowy weather, leaving us without a heater. Scheduling a diagnosis with Energy Works was both easy and quick, and from the moment we reached out to them, we received nothing but excellent service.

However, we did experience some difficulty with our insurance provider in getting our claim approved, which led to a bit of a delay in the process. Despite this, Energy Work's project manager, John, went above and beyond to assist us in resolving the issue with our insurance. John was incredibly patient and accommodating, allowing us the time we needed to resolve the claim with our insurance provider while keeping his promises and delivering excellent service throughout the process.

Not only John but also the two technicians who came out to fix the system, Isaiah and Riley, were fantastic. They were extremely knowledgeable and skilled in their work and went out of their way to provide us with informative, kind, and friendly service. They were willing to work with us to ensure that our system was properly fixed and up and running again in no time.

Overall, we highly recommend Energy Works for its reliability, excellent service, and outstanding people. We plan to have regular maintenance done with them moving forward, and we're confident that they will continue to exceed our expectations with their excellent service.
