We recently had a furnace breakdown issue. Matt and Russ were amazing - very helpful, responsive (showed up same day, and following day). Our issue is resolved for now and Matt reached out after our resolution to share thoughts on a long term alternative to our gas furnace. Highly recommended!

Our heat pump was leaking through our ceiling. We had a different company come out and try to fix it, but they couldn’t figure it out. Tio from Fischer was thorough and knowledgeable. He found and fixed the issue! We were so glad we called Fischer.

What a great job the team did replacing the incorrectly installed (by others) mini split condensate piping. Saw the problem, creatively found a better solution and completed the work quickly.

We were blown away by Fischer's service from Seth's initial walkthrough and thoughtful attention to detail in answering our many questions to Jeremy and Mike's fantastic installation and kindness throughout. We have serious asthma and allergies in our family and they were so clean and thoughtful throughout the whole mini split heat pump install process. It made a world of difference. Highly recommend!

Stephen & Christian, our installers, were polite, efficient and minimized the mess and disruption of installation to our household. I highly recommend them.

When I called to have an annual maintenance on my furnace, tankless hot water heater and AC they told me exactly what the cost would be with no hidden charges. They sent Jason B. to do the maintenance. He did a fantastic job and knew exactly what he was doing and very personable. I will definitely use Fischer again. I like when companies can just do honest work and not jack you around!

This is a great company to work with. Matt provided exceptional customer service. Sold us a unit we needed and did not try to upsell us for something we did not need. Christian and Liiyes did an amazing job with the install. Could not be happier with the results. Went from guzzling power to using less than a quarter of what we had been using to run the old system. You can shop for a better place, but you would just be wasting your time. Highly recommend this crew and the company that hired them, Fischer Heating and Air Conditioning. I should note, I did not get any incentives to write this. Just that happy with the product and professionalism.

We just had Fisher Heating install a new heat pump in our house, in Seattle. It was a big job, taking 3 days, with several follow up visits. Matt, who gave us the original proposal and with who we had all the dealings, was personable, prompt, and professional in every respect.

We had our old gas furnace swapped out for a heat pump. Fischer was able to implement all our requests for the install like where to run the refrigerant lines. Christian and Juan were great, they answered any questions we had during the install and gave us plenty of heads up anytime there was going to be a gap in heating.

Wes and Jose did a great job at installing a new heater and AC. They were very kind and finished the job quickly. Pat was also really easy to get a hold of for any questions and concerns that I had about the installation. Great company!

Dustin and Simon installed our mini split ductless system. They are an awesome team. Arrived on time and reviewed the project, keeping us informed along the way. Flawless install! Love our new quiet efficient system. Also Dave, completed the electrical work and reviewed the required work with us! From start to finish the entire team including proposal and project completion was outstanding.

Jeremy and Mike were very prompt and arrived 15 minutes before the appointment. They were professional and courteous, answering any questions I had. I needed to have two corners in a vent patched up and they did it quickly. I appreciate the quality of their work, including the clean-up. They took the time to explain to me about my new furnace and water heater. Jeremy and Mike did a great job- overall it was a wonderful experience!

The bid for a 4 head mini split system was very competitive. They started on the day they contracted for and completed the install a half day ahead of the contracted completion date. The crew, Wes and SImm did a very good install. Their attention to detail was outstanding. I highly recommend this company and the crew that does the work.

Fischer just installed a new in-wall a/c - heatpump in our condo in lower Queen Anne. Everyone from the estimator-rep (Matthew) to the installers (Adrian and Juan) to the electrician (Marco) were knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and friendly. And they laid down drop cloths, vacuumed, and left the place spotless when they were finished. Very professional.

I had used Greenwood heating for maintenance and repair for my boiler for around 15 years. They were mostly doing a good job or so I thought. This past maintenance, they recommended that I either spend $7000 on repairs or $21000 to replace my boiler, that is the cost after the "discount" for being a maintenance plan member. I called Fischer Heating to get a bid on replacement, the sales manager Matt came out, took a look and did not recommend replacing, he took photos of the system and had the technician send me a quote for the repairs. The technician recommended some additional repairs and sent an estimate that was significantly below greenwoods. Fischer came out soon after and completed the repairs and my system has never worked so well. I had been asking Greenwood about a specific problem I had been having for years but they said it was due to the type of boiler I had and there was nothing they could do. When the Fischer technician came, I told him about about that issue and he said that part of the additional repairs he recommended would fix it and he was right. I couldn't be happier, if you have a radiant system with a boiler I highly recommend using Fischer.

Dustin and Simon did a great job getting our replacement furnace installed. They were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Work was completed on time as well. Pat who came out to review what needed and provide a price quote was also very good. Great team all together.

We'd never been happy with our heating system and anticipated having to pull out all the duct work and start again. Matthew at Fischer came out, crawled around in our horrible crawl space and came up with a couple of simple changes. The Fischer technicians came out on schedule, did the work in 3 or 4 hours and we now have the same temperature throughout the house...... a warm temperature! Excellent results, fair pricing.
