Our furnace bit the dust in the middle of the night. I called Lynnwood Heating and they sent a technician out in under an hour to diagnose. I was hoping they could fix our 20 year old furnace but unfortunately it was too far around the bend 💀
Kyle and his team were able to come out the very next day to install a new furnace for a totally reasonable price.
The guys at Lynnwood Heating are knowledgeable professionals who are hard working, friendly and fast!
I highly recommend them and will call on them again in the future.

After getting several bids from the big name fireplace stores, I contacted Kyle. His communication was great, he was on time and his bid was well under the other guys. He even noticed some other items I needed fixed and did it without charging me extra! He is very knowledgeable and explained everything in laymen’s terms. He cleaned up when he was finished & my new gas fireplace insert is awesome. Give him a call...you’ll be glad you did!

We hired Kyle and Lynnwood Heating folks to install a new furnace and heat pump/AC. It was a more complicated job and Kyle kept me aware of issues as they came up. We also decided to replace wood paneling with drywall around the furnace area and it was so helpful that Lynnwood Heating could coordinate those jobs. Beverly was also really helpful in the office when some questions came up. I would recommend them for your heating /AC needs!

Im very happy with my Bosch heat pump. Kyle has followed through with everything he promised and when there were a couple issues, he came out and promptly repaired them. Kyle stands behind his word. He and his team are friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend this company.

I would like to say this one a new situation I was seriously in a bind and Kyle came through and saved he day not only for me but for my little sister and 3 kids that moved into my house today only hours after the furnace was installed and working fantastic. Oh did I mention it’s Saturday and it was snowing so he’s a damn super hero, just ask those 3 little kids that were expecting a cold house but it was cozy thanks again Kyle.

Kyle and team were extremely professional, punctual, got the job done in time, and cleaned up in the end. Our heating had to be shut off for AC installation on a cold day and they made sure to finish the job quickly and also restored the heat for the short period they had to step out. I would absolutely recommend them!

The owner Kyle was knowledgeable and very polite. He took the time to inspect the system, and found the circuit breaker to the AC unit was tripped, after flipping it back on, we were good to go. He then explained to us how we could have save money using the mini splits, and the benefit of different combinations of model. He did not charge us, very friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Recently we had a problem with my thankless water heater, so I called the manufacture to get some references and got Kyle’s reference. We were skeptical about the contractor whom we are going to work with to fix my water heater but after meeting Kyle and seeing his work we are extremely impressed. I can certainly say that he owns the problem until it fixed and goes above and beyond. He is genuinely nice, professional and stands on his words 100% of the time. He is very responsive with excellent service and also affordable. Thank you, Kyle, for all your hard work and we will definitely love recommending you.

Kyle was extremely knowledgeable and honest. I called to get a quote regarding my heater and he was at my house within 15min. He figured out the issue within a couple of minutes and thoroughly explained issues that will arise in the future. His pricing is very affordable and he's very personable. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

I needed help with HEAT PUMP AND FURNACE ISSUE; I relied on the excellent reviews online and called Lynnwood Heating. Most of my communication was via text (easiest for me). Kyle responded quickly & was friendly and easy to work with. Per my request, kyle and josh came over next day which I appreciated. They arrived promptly at my home, was professional & thoughtful about the work. Both did a great job and cleaned up! (Also, I appreciated their honesty.) They are very professionals and we talked while they worked to not make us feel like "customers", but more like friends.
They even make a time to come after hours to address my concerns also responded my questions even after the job ….

Our 34 year old furnace quit on us on the coldest day of the year. Kyle was able to come out within an hour and assess the situation, provide recommendations on options moving forward, and get us in his books as soon as 48 hours. Incredible! He was even flexible when I told him I wanted to get multiple quotes to make sure I was doing my due diligence as a consumer.

His quote came out the most affordable for the best quality equipment, including Costco. And even with that slight cost-comparison delay, he was still able to get me in the books within the week. He and his team were respectful in my home, were quick and efficient. And very thorough. Even came back to help me relight all my pilot lights. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Couldn't have been happier with our service.

Our furnace went out, and it's been FREEZING in the house. We have a home warranty, which requires jumping through some hoops, but the tech they sent was incredibly patient, understanding, and helpful while dealing with the warranty company, and getting them what they needed to authorize our repair.

Since our heatwave last summer we had been getting outrageous quotes from local well known businesses. Overpriced equipment and labor with scheduling delays half of a year away.

Lynnwood Heating got the job done in less than five days after we called. Our new equipment is better than what the competition offered. Not to mention LWH’s pricing was so competitive, I feel like they saved me from getting duped.

Lynnwood heating and cooling replaced our furnace and AC. The team has provided great customer service and quality work. I’ll always recommend this company- when our pilot light went out on our old furnace I called major companies and they would not come out for days to fix it- but for a quote on a new furnace they were at my doorstep same day. I called Kyle let him know I had an infant and our house was freezing- he left his home and came straight over to fix our furnace- he never tried to pitch a new furnace he did let us know he’ll gladly keep lighting it for us until it died. That level of customer service speaks volumes on his company and the type of person he is and it’s why we chose to work with them.

Lynnwood Heating LLC provided great professionalism and services from beginning to end. When I first reached out, they were quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Kyle was the first to give me a quick call when I had questions and Luis came within the next day to do a walkthrough. The installation took no longer than a day and I couldn't be happier with the results. I will continue to use this team and if I ever move, will be using them again for another property!

Kyle and his crew are the best to work with. They made us feel like we were their top priority and quickly assessed the issue we had with our HVAC system, providing us with options to choose from along with their recommendation for the best path forward. When we needed a new AC, they arrived when they said they would and worked quickly to get the old unit removed and the new one in place. All the while they were communicative and friendly. We would recommend Lynnwood Heating to any of our friends and family without hesitation!

New addition on 9/16/23: We had some work done in the kitchen after which our furnace wouldn’t turn on. I called Kyle and he gave some quick troubleshooting tips over the phone. When they didn’t work, he drove over and showed me that our kitchen crew had forgotten to turn our gas main back on after finishing their job. It probably should have occurred to me to check the gas main but the point is that Kyle stopped by promptly on a Saturday and fixed it!

Original review from April 2023: Kyle and team were spectacular. Right from the get go, Kyle provided a timely and reasonably priced estimate. He was not pushy at all - he explained the pros and cons of heat pump vs. AC for our existing furnace system, sent over the estimate, and then gave us plenty of time to make a decision. Once we did, he promptly scheduled it, and his team arrived right on time, did the job very well, and left the space clean! Highly recommend their services!
