My wife and I got home from being out of town to a broken hot water heater. We called Gene Johnson in the morning the next day to assess the problem. An hour later Hugo Hernandez was at our house explaining our options, he was very informative and super efficient on his install, 3 hours after arriving Hugo had us up and running with a new hot water heater. This is hands down then easiest repair we've had done to our home, we would highly recommend Gene Johnson, and Hugo in particular, for you plumbing and heating needs.

Farris Al-Aboudy did my plumbing maintenance check, found a leak in one of my sink and tightened the pipe. Very knowledgeable young man and very pleasant to talk to. He gave me pointers on how to keep my pipe running clear and clean. All in all good experience and would recommend this company because they hire good and honest employees.

Hugo went way above and beyond what he needed to do for the job he was called in for. In addition, he was very honest about the previous work (different installer) that had been done a year ago, and both he and Samara made sure everything was corrected with my water heater.

Would recommend without question.

Derrick was very helpful to me. He was very professional and knew exactly what I needed. He checked everything and explained everything as well. He even had the equipment and repaired a pipe that looked like it was going to burst shortly. I really appreciate him and his relaxed manner.

Gene Johnson is always great to work with and Nathan was awesome! Professional, on time, and got the job done quickly and well. He also gave me some tips for troubleshooting issues in the future. Would absolutely recommend!

Trae Morrison was extremely helpful fixing my garbage disposal. He patiently explained how he fixed the issue and advised me on how to avoid issues in the future. He was very patient and professional - I highly recommend him.

We had a plumbing emergency. The Gene Johnson receptionist immediately put us in contact with Alex who did some troubleshooting over the phone. This was 8pm on a Sunday. We were able to stop the flooding and Alex said he'd be at our hose early Monday. He arrived on time and did a magnificent job replacing copper piping and identifying the cause of the problem. Next time we have a plumbing issue we will ask for him. He and the Gene Johnson company are first rate.

We called for someone to look at a leak. Chase came out and was able to show me where a leak might be happening in my tub. Then he did a great job giving us options and perspective on how to move forward with a bathroom remodel we are preparing for. We decided to work on the downstairs bathroom instead due to constraints and he came out to walk me through the process of what I could do before he got in there to save me some money. He has been personable and professional the whole way through and I look forward to seeing his handiwork soon. Oh, his advice was correct and the tub doesn't leak now.

I have used Gene Johnson Plumbing quite a few times over the years and especially at my business location. They have always been quick to respond, quick to get it scheduled and very friendly and helpful in all my interactions with them. I will never call anybody else for my plumbing needs

We had our yearly review of our plumbing in our home. I was impressed with Hugo Lira Hernandez. He went right to work, explaining everything as he did the review. The house was built in 1986 so there was a lot to explain. He was willing to answer questions and offered quotes on items that would need replacing. In all, I felt well cared for as a client and will likely ask for Gene Johnsons crew in the future

Chase Bolen replaced our hot water tank yesterday. He and apprentice arrived on time and carried out the task quickly and efficiently. He explained clearly how the leak sensor, alarm, and automatic shut-off worked as well as how to change the water temperature if desired. I have no hesitation about recommending their work.

Mark Ochoa did a great job fixing our toilet issue, explained all the options and membership info. Would definitely want to have him come by again if we have an issue.
