I’m going to share a story that will demonstrate how awesome NW Pro Construction is….

This happened back in 2021…. My wife was over due for a vacation with her girlfriends after giving me my first 9 lbs baby! Her vacation was 5 days long to Hawaii…. I wanted to surprise her with a simple kitchen remodel, but this has to be done within 5 days… after contacting NW Pro Construction and spoke to Faruk, the ceo of the company, and explained my situation, goal, and timeline. I then asked if this is doable, and he told me yes. He explained what I need to do in preparation and then proceed to take care of EVERYTHING in the background. He ordered all the materials, set the timeline, worked with my other vendor, and started 30 minutes after I dropped my wife to the airport... BUT WAIT! THERE IS MORE!!

After arriving to my place, he noticed my old carpet and asked if I wanted to replace them too, I did, but was 100% sure that there is no way this can be done on time. Faruk said otherwise, he then took me out to Lowe’s and home depot to shop for floor, and helped me carry them home and started replacing my carpet. BUT WAIT…. THERE IS MORE!

Since he know this is part of a plan to surprise my wife, he even spent time to use high pressure washer to clean the stone in my yard as well as washing my drive way….

Keep in mind that this is a surprise for my wife, so I can’t prepare anything until she leaves, and there is only so much I can do (while watching my nephew that weekend as well), plus, replacing floor was never part of the plan, so when I made that decision, the house wasn’t ready at all, there are still a lot of furniture downstairs, including a upright piano. From his perspective, he also didn’t have all the equipment to replace the floor with him either. That’s what’s crazy, Faruk is super flexible and made adjustment on the fly, his team helped me move things around and got started right away.

Above and beyond? That’s an understatement. In 4 days (I needed one day to clean the house) he replaced my kitchen counter, coordinated with the painter to repaint my kitchen, helped me find a cutter to cut down my front tree, washed my drive way, cleaned my backyard and replaced my entire downstairs from carpet to wooden floor. (My house is 2500 sq ft, two floors, so it’s not a small feet)

The result is absolutely amazing! My wife was pleasantly shocked! She couldn’t believed what she saw, especially after leaving for just 5 days. She loved it!!!

Now for NW Pro Construction start to fill in any positive words you can think of… flexible, on time, great communication, amazing quality of work, super personal, good pricing, above and beyond+++, and etc. I can’t thank more to Faruk and his amazing team!

Faruk is an awesome guy to work with. He has a positive attitude and takes pride in is work. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to waterproofing, windows and exterior systems. As a remodeling contractor I have seen the consequences of improper waterproofing time and time again, and trust me, it’s not something you want to experience in your home.
