Been looking for a while for a place like this. Always has what I need for industrial motor controls. Higher priced than most other places but the staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

Ordered a starter on Monday and said I MUST have it to work this weekend (or Dave would miss two days work over it.)

Said I'd prefer to have it shipped rather than pick it up if possible.

It was just shipped 15 minutes before closing time today (Friday.)

It would only have taken a phone call to prevent this.

No phone call. ...And Dave gets to stay home without pay.

Not happy at all. Zero stars.
