They almost always have what I need and when they don't, they will order it in by the next day

Great customer service. Had all the parts I needed.

Great service helping out a total amateur with parts for a project.

Very helpful for a novice homeowner. Will definitely use them again at some point.

Great electric supply store. Lots of items in stock and knowledgeable staff. Much better experience that a big box store.

Super helpful! Great store

Best help I've had in a long time. Great knowledgeable people who know they're stuff. Thanks Platt

I’m really impressed with how nice everyone is and how helpful everyone is! 10/10 Mike also helped me with something super quick just after closing which I really appreciate! He went above & beyond!

I am buying anew kiln, but it has a different plug than I have installed. They let me send them pictures from my phone and then checked their stock and were willing to save the receptacle I needed. When I got there I had decided to get a new plug instead and they found that for me. Thanks

Open to the public-
Everyone is nice here, varying levels of knowledge. At least they have the ability to move products around so you can order in from other locations. They sell wire off larger spools. There are plenty of tools available if you need something specific also.

They generally have what I need, and the folks here are always super friendly.

Steven J. took my order in the store he is awesome 👏 the G.O.A.T. of customer service! 😎Super helpful and quick, knows his stuff! This place is great for all your electrical supplies!
