Army Vet here. Had trouble with my outdoor outlets and the wall switch powering my gas fireplace. Emma and Shawn are very knowledgeable and offered me tips to troubleshoot myself. During the visit, I was so impressed by their professionalism. Veterans Electric not only will fix your problem but they'll communicate with you every step of the way, from what to expect, costs, and potential problems. I am pleased to have hired Veterans Electric after going over bids I received to install a new 20 amp dedicated circuit. Every interaction was very professional between Sean and when calling the office and speaking to Emma. Received a phone call before they would show up and was not late to the appointments for the bid and to complete the work. I found the quality of work was great and the electrical inspector signed off on the work with no issues. Sean cleaned up the work area when finished and I didn’t need to do any additional cleaning. Also took the time to answer questions that I had and never appeared bothered to answer them. Highly recommend Veterans Electric for your electrical needs and won’t hesitate to use them in the future.

Everyone, from their scheduler to their technicians, was super friendly and helpful. The scheduler helped me troubleshoot the electrical problems I had over the phone and when that didn’t work she promptly scheduled an appointment to have a technician come out and troubleshoot.

I have a toddler and a dog and the technicians were super friendly and understanding to my toddler being loud and needed. They also did a step by step explanation for everything they were doing and why. They were super informative and helpful.

My experience was a 10/10 and I will recommend them to everyone under the sun. I will definitely call again the next time I need electric services.

Needed some electrical work done for a planned solar panel project as well as to have a ceiling fan installed. Contacted a few others that were either non responsive or project too small.
Sean is a great communicator about your project, kind, polite, honest, great personality and professional. Corrected some issues with some switches, completed the install & confirmed fan worked as it should. Responsive to my questions. Strongly recommend to anyone needing electrical work. He will definitely be my electrician of choice for any future projects.

Called and was able to get a same-day quote and next-day job to replace my wall heaters and thermostats. Great timing for me! The work was exactly what I wanted and Sean and Juan worked quickly and cleaned up well. Price was good as well, as I got a quote from another electrician for twice the price. Would recommend 👍🏼👍🏼

Shawn and Emma were both so professional and helpful when we had a light switch issue and needed help. When he came out to do our repair and give us an estimate for adding some lighting he provided money and time saving advice. In this day and age we were so thankful for that knowledge and not just trying to make a buck. If we had went with our original idea we’d have to repair it later once our home renovations started. Then he fixed our issue very quickly and explained how and what the wires meant incase we come across this again. We will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend to others.

We are very pleased with the work Sean has done. The first time he came was at my parents home to fix an issue and we were so happy with the service we used them again! If we have any other issues I will definitely be calling them and referring them to anyone who may need electrical work done!

I called Veterans Electric to get an estimate for the addition of a new outlet in my garage. I was given a tentative estimate over the phone and an appointment was set for the work to be done. Shawn showed up for work as promised, and I appreciated that he wore a mask and gloves for my protection. Shawn arrived in a truck that was fully equipped with materials and equipment so he was ready to work as soon as we agreed on the final estimate. He worked quickly and carefully and took special care to keep the workspace clean. I am a very satisfied customer and will definitely contact Veterans Electric the next time I need electrical work done. Highly recommend.

Had Mr. Shawn help me out with my problems at home and not only did he fix my issues, but he did it in a professional manner that was nothing less than outstanding! He was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had with high confidence. He took the time to answer the questions Barney style so someone like myself who knows nothing of electrical work can understand. He gave me several ideas and recommendations so if I have a problem again, it would save me time and money! I was impressed with how quickly he was available as well. I called in today, and came out 45 mins later… and was done in an hour! I’d highly recommend this gentlemen and this company!

We've had Sean do a couple of jobs for us - installing new lighting and replacing broken fixtures. He's on time, reasonably priced and provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend him for your electrical needs.

We had several indoor and outdoor outlets that needed and install and relocation. We got a next day quote and all the work was done at our next earliest convenience a few days later. Sean and his associate were professional and respectful of our home. They listened to our plans and gave several options and recommendations to make the install even better than we were expecting. Their work was clean and visually appealing. At the end of the job they cleaned up their workspaces and left the house in better shape than any contractor we have used previously.

Very happy with the work we had done today. Scheduling was quick and easy, and he was thoughtful enough when taking out our ancient baseboard heaters to clean up the hole left in the drywall to make it easier to patch. I will definitely call Veterans Electric next time I need work done.

I highly recommend this business! I needed an electrician to install the proper outlet and underground electrical work for my new landscaping and water feature. After receiving bids from two other companies, I called Veterans Electric after seeing their van on my street. Emma was extremely pleasant on the phone and scheduled an appointment for Sean to come the following day for an estimate. Sean was on time, very knowledgeable and also gave me an estimate to install two floor outlets in my great room. His estimate was very fair for the work to be done and I hired him immediately. Sean was at my house this morning and took care of everything he promised. So pleased I went with this company!

Sean and Juan were amazing from the first phone call in professionalism and kindness. They reassured my husband and I that a previous negative experience we had with a different company, was not how they choose to do business. They explained cost needed to assess the issue. They had to travel a little further to get to us so there was a small travel fee as well (which was completely worth it). We were nervous as to what the diagnosis would be. There had been a couple of companies that suggested our issue could be an expensive fix (poss $1,000-$2200).
Sean and Juan arrived on time, happy, and ready to help us figure out the diagnosis. We had lost the ability to use some of our outlets, our heat, our stove and our dryer.
In the end, diagnosis and fixing the issue came to $289 total! I could not have asked for better, service. They treated us like family the whole time and helped us to understand what they were doing and why. I highly recommend them and will gladly use them again in the future, should the need arise.

Shawn came by to replace a broken light switch in our laundry room. Our property management company requested the service visit on Monday, and I got a call from Veteran’s the same day! They had next day availability but I had to push it out to Friday due to my work schedule.

They confirmed the appointment the day prior which always gives me peace of mind. Day of, he called to let me know when he was on his way, and was very friendly, professional, and thorough. He explained the process and was in and out in about 20 minutes. Highly recommend!
