Responded to a flyer for a very reasonably priced preseason cleaning. Michael came out, did a very thorough job, took lots of photos, and explained clearly what he'd found.
There was a bit of wear and tear in my 20 year old furnace, but it still ruins well. There was no "hard sell". He did a great job, and charged me exactly the price I was quoted.
I'll use them, again. Wish I could give Blue Heating and Air (and Michael) 6 stars.

Charles came and serviced our heat pump/furnace/AC system to help prepare us for winter. He was extremely thorough and spent many hours inspecting, cleaning, and tuning it all up. He kindly took the time to explain his findings. It had been 2 years since our last service (with a different company) so the unit was cobwebby and yucky. Charles left it spotless. He took photos and made a file for us so that the next professional would know exactly what was going on. He didn't pressure us into any expensive bandaid fixes, since we're hoping to replace the unit within the next 6-18 months. Charles also changed our filters and made sure that our thermostat was set back to a comfortable setting after all the testing. He was just delightful. Blues has a nice membership program that comes with a lot of guarantees. Give them a try! I'm glad I did!

Frankie and Colton did an amazing tune up. Found a leaking fan motor and left our furnace looking almost new after installing the new motor. Definitely will call again!

Blues Air Service is an awesome local company to use. Tyler and Carl are both knowledgeable individuals that helped me with my problem fast. I've had my mini-split since I moved in and it's been mostly decent. But noticed it was completely dead. Carl came out and found out the power board is no longer operational and needs to be replaced or get a new unit. My system apparently was older than I expected and just went ahead with the new unit.

They were able to schedule me right away which is amazing as it's hot and some A/C is definitely needed! I was also happy to hear that they have financing options as well which is super helpful! They do offer memberships as well where they come out and clean the units once a year which I will take advantage of.

I am reviewing on behalf of my grandma. They did excellent work and really cared about my grandma when they noticed an issue. I appreciate the staff and they worked with my grandma. They even came out and checked on something when she couldn't figure something out. I am grateful for a company like this and appreciate the hard work they did. We called on Friday a technician came out on Friday are new HVAC system was installed on Tuesday! Big thank you and shout out to Courtney for her excellent customer/phone service. To Charles who came and did the inspection and explained above and beyond what are issues were and gave multiple options and to I believe Tyler and Bruce who spent all day putting in our new HVAC system and making sure it was done right and then walking us through each new component. I highly recommend Blues!!!

Just had Blues out at our house in Puyallup for routine maintenance and I couldn't be happier. The technician Michael who came out was very prompt, professional, and patient. I like to ask questions and he did a very good job of explaining things to me in a relatable way. He was also recommending things I could do to prolong the life and efficiency of my furnace, which is not what you'd expect to get from a company who gets paid to fix your broken HVAC system. When he discovered a component on my heat pump was broken he had the parts necessary on hand to fix it on the spot.

What started off as a simple annual inspection ended up being something else all together.

Our system is getting up in years but was still working. During the very in depth and thorough inspection process, a disturbing trend developed.

While still functional, all the major components were showing that they were very near the end of their service lives. In addition, a few minor discrepancies from prior repairs were discovered and corrected.

The entire time our technician Michael clearly explained what he was doing and what he was finding.

One of the most unexpected findings was that the heating system as originally installed in this new house 11 years ago, was undersized.

Also, the AC system installed 8 years ago by the same vendor who did the original furnace installation was dramatically undersized. Like half of what it should have been.

In the end, we chose to upgrade our entire system at rather significant cost.

A huge part of the decision making process was clear/concise sharing of information by Michael. He answered our questions when he had the answer and admitted when he didn't know something. True professional behavior to be sure.

Great experience with Blues Heating and Air. Frankie and Colton were knowledgeable, diagnosed the issues quickly, and were able to accurately quote and repair the same day. We joined the annual membership and are looking forward to easier maintenance and the lifetime parts and labor warranty.

Got the $39 maintenance, ended up getting the membership. Very happy with the repair job by Michael who was very professional and spent alot of time going over everything. Gave us options to quick fix to repair or replace. Girls in office are friendly and figured out the the payment options.

We had tried three different companies to solve problems with our heat pump over the past few years. Michael Ross was our technician from Blues Heating and Air and he was able to solve all of our issues in one appointment. He also did a great job explaining how a heat pump system works and why he recommended each repair. He walked us through each repair and showed us how the system responded to the repairs. From start to finish, Blues did an amazing job! Charles was on time and gave me a detailed explanation of the situation with my 30 year old furnace.
