Emergency Call on a Friday! No water coming out of my kitchen faucet. My kitchen sink stopped working. Blake was dispatched out less than 2 hrs later. He was able to fix the problem in a matter of minutes! He was very thorough and nice. I’m grateful to have my kitchen sink back and running. Highly recommend Blake and Roto-Rooter - Happy Customer!

They arrived within an hour of my calling. Our plumber, Dominic Fernades, did an excellent job, was extremely friendly, and cleared our pipes in a short time. I really appreciated the text notifications updating me on the arrival times. I appreciated the detailed explanation of what he would do and how they would fix the problem, what could be wrong, and what they would be looking for. I will definitely use Roto-Rooter for all future drain issues.

Jesse came out last month to help with a clog. He was amazing at answering all my questions and explaining the process to me. This is my first time renting with a septic system and I had many questions.

Our experience was amazing from the minute we called the office. We explained what was going on and told them our availability and they got someone out the same day within an hour. They sent Dominic who was an amazing technician. He was kind and patient and really took his time to explain exactly what he was doing and what his findings were as he was jetting the pipes, really appreciated his knowledge And expertise

We had root intrusion issue in our sewerline. Gio from Roto Rooter visited and quickly accessed the issue. Since we had clean out in the crawlspace, it was difficult to access and had to consider installing new clean out pipe which will cost a lot. Gio carefully inspected our plumbing structure and came up with a great solution, accessing from the toilet. It was possible because our bath has exterior doors and side fence gate close to driveway. Gio did an excellent work treating roots in the sewerline with hydro jetting and shared detailed voice over video recordings. Without his solution, we had to spend a lot of unnecessary money. After completing work, he cleaned up the space and made sure everything works well.

Root-Rooter recently serviced a clog on my main sewer line, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Phil did an amazing job, he was professional, knowledgeable and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. They were at my house within 2 hours of scheduling. I scheduled the appointment online at 5:45 AM and they were at my house by 7:30 AM. Clogged kitchen sink plus garbage disposal wasn’t working. 2 clean cut professional guys showed up and unclogged the drain and fix the garbage disposal within one hour. I was quoted the price prior to the service and they guaranteed their work for 30 days. Overall, this was the best plumbing experience I’ve had. I had some plumbing issues last year and called Beacon plumbing and they sent a guy that was clearly on drugs, and I asked him to leave because I was uncomfortable. I recommend downloading their app as they give you a 10% discount if you do. I will definitely be using Roto-Rooter plumbing in the future and will be recommending to my friends.

Was in a tough spot with a sudden leak on our fridge water line valve. Roto-Rooter was able to come out on a Sunday and fixed our issue quickly. They were very professional and cleaned up everything like nothing had happened.

Had massive clog within house and along the sewerline. Toan, the technician managed to clear both areas out. He was able to inform of the process of what needed to get done along with any questions I had at the end, along with providing tips to reduce the chances of the problem occurring again.

Dylan Wahl was professional and thorough and helped with a fix. Excellent explanations of service options and theories of what was causing partial blockage of our main drainage line. Clayton Riley was also terrific. Sadly scoping with a camera revealed a more systemic problem. Quote for fixing it is too high, so will likely go with a different service provider for permanent fix.

Jeremy showed up exactly when he said he would. Cleaned out roots from our sewer pipe and did it all plus cleaned everything spic and spam in about 40 minutes. I will recommend Roto Rooter to everyone!

We came home to find the sewage line had backed up and was overflowing into our shower. Rotorooter was on site by 8am and the technician was amazing! He quickly identified the problem and was able to get our plumbing back online within 24 hours of discovering the problem! They were amazing and I can’t recommend them enough!
