Did an amazing job. Had a worker named jesse. All odds were against him yet was able to fix my broken pipe and get my water running. Now my carehome can run smoothly once again. And in under 24hours of reporting. Amazing job. He should get a raise. Perminent flohawk fan for life.

They took care of our septic issue promptly and took away a charge because the issue was not fixed the first time. Dakota came out the second time and was very professional and nice.

These guys did a great job!. System went down Thursday afternoon. Called you Friday morning and your guys came in an fixed multiple problems same day. Very happy with your service!

Just had my septic tank pumped and thought it was going to be an easy maintenance. Patrick who is very informative and very professional after pumping found a bunch of roots in the tank and showed me. He explained everything and has another team member coming out to cut the roots out of the tank. I did not anticipate the roots although we do have a number of large trees in the backyard. Patrick answered all of my questions and was very courteous and explained the whole process. Now waiting for the root removal but just had to write this review. Thank you FloHawk and thank you Patrick.

Craig was fantastic to work with - through and explained all the steps of everything worked. Very efficient as well! Also liked getting a notice as they were coming in advance!

Service tech showed up on time, did a complete diagnose of the system and gave it a ok (my problem being a alarm lite on, could have been a 1 time blip after a recent motor repair) he reset and said if it does it again then the motor should be pulled and go to the shop for a check out . FloHawks seem very willing to keep a customer satisfied. Thank you

Very thorough in his work and went above and beyond. Was very helpful in explaining the different elements of my particular septic system and how they all work together as well as signs and potential symptoms to look for in the future. Highly recommend!

On time, respectful of my tenant and property, kept me informed of their progress and completed the job satisfactorily. Only concern is they are very costly; $495 for a bit over an hour to snake through the roof vent. But I would hire them again because of the quality of their work.

Called these guys after having Dealt with a different "local" company and they wanted to charge us 5000 dollars for a blow out of our sand tank. Called Flowhawks and they were out the next day and the technician was incredibly informative and willing to do some Saved us thousands calling Flohawks. I know who I will be calling first next time.

Found a new go to company for all future plumbing/septic needs. I had a night and day difference during a plumbing emergency this week in Olympia, WA. I initially used Beacon Plumbing and it was the worst experience I've ever had with any type of contractor, that we've ever used on the houses we've owned... FloHawks was great from the initial phone call, to the same day scheduling, to the Technician that came to the home. When the tech from FloHawks arrived he had already reviewed the county asbuild and knew exactly what type of system he was dealing with. Through his diligent work ethic he was able to quickly identify the problem and thoroughly explained the entire system and what happened.
