The crew of Edwin, Issac and Joe did a wonderful job from start to finish.
Dug out area that need to be addressed, connected pipes and fitting and then smoothed out the area better than before.
Thanks
Mark and Pennie

Very efficient, friendly and professional service. Impressive quick diagnosis and repair. Highly recommend.

Rescue Rooter is our go-to for plumbing projects. They schedule us and arrive quickly, have an incredibly professional team with deep expertise, and do a great work at reasonable prices.

What a great job. The service was outstanding and professional. He was knowledgeable and know what the problem was and fixed it with speed and efficiency a job well done. He cleaned up after himself. Plumbing jobs are messy and he took great care not to make things any more messy. His professionalism mannerisms has helped me out on a hot and hummed day. Again thank you for a job well done.

Rescue Rooter, came out to replace my hot water tanka and give me a quote. Dennis the technician, was awesome. He even adjusted the price a little on some items and threw in fixing my front faucet, which included having to go under the house in the crawl space to do the work. He did an excellent job, was very friendly and respectful and very helpful. He answered all my questions. He was very fair in everything he did. I would highly recommend him and Rescue Rooter again.

Arrived early, completed quality work and cleaned the job site. Matt, Maurice, Sean and Daniel were a winning team. Great job guys!

They came in and got the work done fast, were clear communicators, kind, and transparent with pricing. Even checked in another issue I had concerns about. Would recommend them to anyone.

Cody from Rescue Rooter did and excellent job. Prices were a little high but the quality of the work was good.

I had the pleasure of working with Tre and the experience was great! Extremely knowledgeable, smart, and a very genuine person. Ask for him if you can, his knowledge of how one house’s plumbing works is second to none! One of the best plumbers I’ve worked with.

Ryan, Monte, Joe and Isaac are awesome! We had a sewer issue and they devised and implemented a solution that was economical and effective. The work was performed expertly and efficiently with little impact to our property and landscaping. We are very pleased and grateful! Thank you

My experience was great. Had a tech Alex show up an hour after I called these folks, he did an assessment and walked me through what he thought was going on and the right people to reach for the next, non-plumbing step.

Our water main burst and we could either repair or replace. We took the replace option. Everyone was friendly and helpful and responsive. John who assessed the issue and gave us a quote to Marcilio (hope I got that correct) to Trey who did the replacement. Trey was professional, friendly and really explained what he did and knowledgeable about what he did and what the next step was. Thank you for everyone involved for taking good care of us!!!

Cody came to help my clients determine if there is an active leak. He was VERY knowledgeable and went above and beyond. In addition to being highly knowledgeable, he was punctual, personable and helped educate me and my clients on many things. I would highly recommend him, and I will be requesting him specifically when I call the company for assistance with a plumbing upgrade at my house.

Marcio M. of Rescue Rooter did a great job of installing a cleanout pipe for our sewer line. He was prompt, courteous and polite. He was very careful to protect our plants and landscaping during the required digging. I highly recommend Marcio M. and the Rescue Rooter company for your plumbing requirements.

Monte was very personable and helpful. He walked us through possible causes and solutions. He demonstrated integrity and we would recommend working with him on future jobs.

Cody was fantastic! Super knowledgeable and friendly. Got here quick and even did an extra inspection and detected a leak I wasn’t aware of. 10/10

Cody provided excellent workmanship. He's a skilled, detail oriented, and professional technician and a valuable asset to ARS Rescue Rooter. Highly recommended.

called again on 1/1 water was pouring out again. Tre fixed the problem but it broken again. When the technicians replaced the PVC fitting it was tighten to tight causing it to crack. John came out replaced with brass fittings and have had no more issues. John took the time and showed me the fittings and how he made the repairs.
