Excellent customer service !! Soo glad we found this place!!

Awesome well stocked store and the owner Jeff is always helpful and friendly. Our go to store for supplies.

Always super helpful and delivers around the clock it seems! They have definitly helped us out when we were in a bind.

I love this place. They know their stuff. Very helpful and super cheap compared to the other guys.

Best place to get Air Conditioner Run/Start capacitors in Tri-Cities. Also has just about everything you'd need for a restaurant from knives to fridges to toilet paper! These guys seem to have everything mechanical you might need!

You always love a place that is the only store in town that had just the HVAC parts you need in stock.
For me, that was Jones Supply.
Great service. Truly called all around town before I found Jones Supply, and they took care of me.

Ok

I called to get a price on a part he was too busy to help me took my information and never return my call.

I don’t know what his name is but we purchased a grill off that person that works there I don’t know if he is the owner or just a worker but we purchased the grill and took it to our restaurant and shortly after we left that same guy that had sold us the grill was trying to brake into our restaurant though the back exit. Luckily I had turned around to check if all the doors were locked and I caught him redhanded so any restaurant owners in the tricity area do not make the mistake to buy somthing off him.
