They did what they said they were going to do. Installed an automatic backup generator. Got electric company to inspect and cleaned up after themselves so you didn't even know they were there. I highly recommend them for any electrical job.

The people the provided both the estimate and did the work were very very (yes 2 very's) nice and personable and they did a great job. The cost was actually LESS than the estimate!! We are planning on using them on another project soon.

They installed an EV charger and new feeder for a heat pump for me. They do good work at a great price! I'm very happy with their team, they were great to work with and had good communication.

I called Nexus to have an electrician look at some questionable wiring left by the previous owner of my house. They sent over 2 guys within 30 minutes, and 30 minutes after they arrived the job was done! They had all the necessary tools and knew exactly what they were doing. I will definitely call these guys again for my next home wiring project.

Easy people to work with, from the person answering the phone scheduling and the electricians who showed up at my house. Diagnosed an issue and fixed it very quickly, charging less than the initial estimate I was sent. Highly recommend them.

Nexus electric saved the day! They replaced my existing 12KW emergency generator with a 22KW generator. They were prompt, friendly, professional and thorough. Special shoutout to Dustin, Veronica, Jack and Corey.

Paul was great and came up with smart solutions to get our new induction stove outlet installed without ripping large holes in our drywall! Paul also helped us figure out a good solution for our EV charger! Highly recommend Nexus, working with them was easy and the work is high quality!

We have used Nexus in the past and reached out to them again for a current project. The team that came out today for our estimate was great. They both talked me through cost efficient long term solutions as well as temporary solutions while waiting for the estimate/scheduling. They really took their time and were very thorough with explanations, even planning to break down the estimate into 3 areas we discussed. Again- this was just estimate/consultation and work has not been done yet.

However, the one thing I specifically wanted to mention was that during the estimate I had barking dogs, and 2 young kids that were demanding attention from them and me (just pure chaos) and the young woman, who I believe was the apprentice (and I’m sorry I forgot her name), took a moment out of the chaos to let me know I was doing a great job. It’s been a morning of craziness and that 30 second personal intersection meant the world to me, especially today. It’s those kinds of interaction that creates repeat customers. Thank you.

Nexus was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Communication from the office was excellent (Wendy is fantastic, and SO on top of it!), estimator showed up right on time, and all work was completed as promised- on time and for the agreed upon price.
I couldn't be happier with the end product and the entire experience. Nexus Electric is a well-oiled machine, and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

Nexus Electric came to my house today and found our circuit problem in less than 20 minutes! I was very pleased with their professional and expert knowledge. I called another company last August. They billed me over $240.00. They didn’t identify or fix the circuit problem. They said they would order and replace the main breaker module, but never answered any of my monthly follow-up phone calls for status. I gave up on them and am so glad I contacted Nexus Electrical Company. Job well done! Thank you!

Nexus Electric is the best of the best. The techs were professional beyond belief and were very communicative of what did and did not need to be done. Thank you for being there. The electrician that came out, Jacob, was absolutely awesome. He worked efficiently and expertly while also just being such a kind person! The price was very fair as well. Nexus is a commercial electrical enterprise, working with industrial clients as
well as small companies, and they also offer residential electrical repair and installation.
We are the lucky recipients of their residential expertise, and highly recommend their
services. They are on time, listen well to ensure good communication with expectations,
and are meticulous cleaners after each and every project (or room). Friendly,
professional and accommodating, the staff do great work. Everyone in the company,
from the receptionist/scheduler to each of the staff members, seem well trained and
accustomed to providing excellent services.

Nexus did good work repairing a few light that where installed by another company.
I than hired them to move a few switches, install a ring door bell, install a couple of lights.
Holes where drilled into my kitchen walls before they checked to see if they could do the job. They where not able to run the wire, leaving me with the holes. They reconnected the light switch, that was to be moved; it now knocks out all the power in the kitchen. The 2 lights installed over my headboard did not work. I asked the intern why they didn't work, he shrugged and said: the power works to the switch.?? What? Come to find out he hooked up the incorrect wires. I also asked the intern to put (2) 9 watt bulbs in the light he did one and not the other.
The door Bell does not ring in the house. Gregg assured me I need door chimes in the house: if you push the button hard as you can once in awhile you here a ding.
I have been with out kitchen, living room and deck lights since Monday and no one will call me back!
What a mess and shame on you to leave a handicap female vet in this mess!!!!

Nexus Electric was a subcontractor for the contractor we had to fire due to emotional abuse. They had no idea how to install a flush LED light over my sink. They hemmed a hawed about which light they COULD install, and left us with little concept. They first installed the outlets in the wrong places and had to return to fix them. We fired our general contractor and then called Nexus to try to get them to finish the installation of the rest of the electrical. They could not come up with total we already owed them via the general contractor and then were super delayed in getting the rest fo the work finished. We decided to go with a different electrical contractor, due to the fact that they were so slow to respond. The new electrician came, installed ALL of our appliances in one day, AND made an appointment to install the rest of our lights, INCLUDING the flush mount LED light that Nexus felt was impossible to install. Nexus also charged us more than DOUBLE the amount of money they initially bid for the initial job. When we called them repeatedly to get a break down as to why they charged us this much money, they would never call us back, and never give us a breakdown as to why their charges were so high. The original general contractor was being abrasive and abusive, but they insisted they would only communicate with him, rather than explain their charges to us. I would never hire this electrician to do a kitchen remodel.
